I had sex with this female new years night and the condom came off, as soon as I noticed that it was off I stopped and I haven't comed. Last night I received a phone call from her and she said that she is pregnant. She said that her period come on on December 24 and went off on December 29. She also said that she is in a relationship, even when we had sex, and that her and her boyfriend has been having sex without a condom about a week after we had sex. She said that she took a three pregnancy tests about four days ago and that they were all positive. What is the chance that this is my child? Is there anything that I can do to find out before she gives birth? Any help or advise will be deeply appreciated.

I dont think its yours because of the calendar method, it is least likely to be yours. According to her first day of her last menstrual period the baby was concieved on Jan. 8-10 a week after you and her had sex and according to her she had sex with her boyfriend a week after and it falls at the time the baby was concieved. So i dont think its yours :D.

No.. it is not your baby. She would not have been ovulating that soon after her period. So she is lying to you. It is more likely her other bf the date is closer to when she should have been ovulating. A woman with a 28 day cycle will most likely to ovulate 13-16 days after her period. So this would say that the baby is not yours at all. Good luck.

Note: also a male's sperm can live up to 5 possibly 6 days, but it would have to a strong and healthy sperm and as you said you stopped before. Precum could possibly have slipped out.. but then again she would have needed to be ovulating.

you can take a test before the child is born, and YES you can have a paternity test done before the baby is born. But you need to look around for who does that test and remember it cost some money to do. There is a website for paternity experts and the cost of the test if you are interested. Or you can wait until the child is born and then take the test, but either way take the test before you get stuck with thinking you are the father and paying child support? But you have to remember there is always pre-come and it could still possibility be yours. I hoped that helps

Its unfortunate. You did the right thing by stopping when the condom came off. However there is no way you can tell who fathered her baby untill after it is born. Sorry.

I think it might be possiable to have a better idea... If you exam the dates... But other than that... I dont think there is another way... Goodluck with it.

It seems unlikely that she was fertile when you had sex with her. A woman is able to conceive around 14 days after the 1st day of her period. That would've been about a week after you slept with her. Also, you didn't come, so I'm pretty sure it's not your baby. Let it go.

If she started her period on Dec. 24th, then she was ovulating Jan 7th. (a week after being with you) But sperm can live up to 5 days, if you did leave any. I guess there's a chance but I doubt it is yours especially if she admits she was having sex with someone else during her fertile week. Good Luck

there is a small chance that it is your baby, but it is most likely his baby. i would not doing anything until after she has the baby, and then you can get dna tested to whether the baby is yours or not. then, if it is, you should take responsibility for it.

please do your best to remain civil and friendly to this woman. you dont want to get all upset and angry at her (ie. calling her slut for cheating on him with you etc) because then it will make for ackward conversation if you find out the baby is yours.

good luck, and i hope everything works out for you.

it is such a samll chance that the baby is yours, but u can really only wait until the baby is born for a praternity test...wich is costly, but i think ambiotic fluid carries the DNA of the father too...so u could get the doctors to get a sample of that, but i think they only do that for medical reasons, it is risky for the mother and baby...i wouldn't worry too much about it

I doubt it's you, if she has normal ovulation. And no there is no way to tell if it is yours before she gives birth.

Wait until she has the baby, then ask for a paternity test. If it's you, take responsibility for your child.
