Still not crazy about the Safron part, I would chose another middle name.

I love Cassandra, but I'm not too keen on Safron. If you really like it, go with it, but saffron with 2 "f"s is a spice you use in cooking - not necessarily a name you want.
One person I saw answered you suggesting "Cassie" instead - I think that's a bad idea. Name her the full name, not the nickname, at least officially. You - or she - can always choose to go with Cassie after the fact.

Cassandra reminds me ancient myth and but it's pretty interesting. I think it really unique name.
Anyway, Cassandra Safron sounds nice!
