i have been out working for the last few months and i hired a babysitter for my daughter. the babysitter is male. i somewhat have a feeling that she have been sexually abused by the babysitter. my husband is a FBI spcial agent. should i talk about this with my husband or should i talk to the babysitter?

I have a 22month old boy and he is so calm most days, but when we visit family that has a 2and a half year old that likes to beat up on my son. He starts to mimic his cousins actions. I don't like spanking and want some new ideas of taking care of these problems without hitting my child.

I've never had my own baby, but I've looked after babys since I was 14. I feel as though I have some clue as to what babys need and don't need.
Now my question is this. If your boyfriends friends just had a baby, but the women has had no contact with children other then being one. And you saw them give there 2 month old honey on it's dummy, Should you speak up and tell them it's toxic?
I get the cold shoulder if I ever make a suggestion, and when I told them that honey was toxic to babies, I basicly got shot down. I don't feel comfortable helping, but I feel I would be doing something wrong if I watched them do it and not say something.

Have heard that is more common for male euro children to use tights than in the U.S., maybe because is colder there.

I am 24 weeks tomorrow and barely showing. Only now can people tell I am pregnant and most women I know tell me they cant believe Im 6 months because Im still not showing much.
ANyways, the other day I was at the grocery store and a woman who works there asks "Are you due soon?" and I said "At the end of May" and she looked shocked. She said "WOW Are you having twins?!"

I wasnt offended, but I was surprised by her comment..didnt know people actually said things like that lol!

My Daughter wants to attend a field trip and she is 9 years old. I usually go with her on field trips but this time unable to attend. I feel uneasy since this trip happens to be about 1 hour away and she will be outside on a hike. Should I let her Go Or Keep Her Home? I guess Iam A overprotective Mom. Every has told me I should have gained at least 10 pounds since I am 5 months pregnant but food just doesn't look good :/ I am not starving myself I drink Ensures which have about 13 grams of fat per can I just can't seem to gain weight, my doctor is the one who suggested ensures but it's still not helping with weight gain and lately even looking at food makes me sick :/ If anyone else with this issue can tell me how they were able to gain weight quickly that would be great I want to gain at least 2 pounds before my 21 week visit next week THANKS! :)

I agreed that I would let my soon to be born son stay during the day with my mom when I go to school. I feel like she's taking that to the extreme. She buys me things like clothing and other baby items. And says I cant have them because they need to be at her house. She acts like the baby's gonna be there 24/7. What is her deal? When I try to say anything she gets upset and blows up. I put 50.00 down on a crib and she put the rest and she said I'm not allowed to have it because it needs to stay at her house. I'm lost and rather bothered. Like I said in another post, my husband questions whether she desires to take the baby and keep it herself. I asked her what her deal was and if she was trying to take my baby and she was like nooo thats silly. Isnt this strange?

Hello, I recently had sex with my girlfriend, and used a condom. However, I pulled out a bit late, and the condom slipped off and was stuck in her. I'm not sure whether any fluids came in contact with her, but to make sure, we immediately went to a pharmacy and got "Plan B" for her to take. It was taken within the hour, and the second pill was taken in 12 hours. What are the chances that she can be pregnant? Thank you.

My period came on Jan 1st and ended on 5th. I made out with my boyfriend on the 7th and the 8th. He never inserted into me (I'm technically a virgin) but he came several times, both nights. Especially on the 8th, our genitals touched and there could be an exchange of body liquids. He eventually came onto my thigh, which I washed immediately afterwards.

Now on the 4th Feb, my period still hasn't come (but it has never been regular). I notice no symptoms except really general ones that could just be my paranoia (urinating more frequently, for instance). Tonight I had a very very small amount of brown blood. Could it be implantation bleeding? The timing is wrong-- it's now 5 weeks since my period. But I'm too nervous to do anything else and would appreciate a quick answer.

months ago I had ask "how can I convince my husband to have another child after we lost one". and the answers were mostly to wait a see instead of making him do something he doesn't want to and guess what you all were right he finally agreed to have another child.

thank you all and please keep answering to all the question it is great help. Most of us just look around and don't ask anything because of embarresment or because of the rude answers given by some. But because of those who ask and those who give valuable answers everybody gains some knowledge of something they are lodging to know.

no history or family history of it, was not overweight, just paranoid now because im loving candy so much Im trying to not eat too much due to the sugar but I crave it a fair amount. Im scared eating too much will increase my blood sugar and due to my current state who knows if my pancreas can make up with enough insulin. Whats the chances a normal pregnant woman will develop it?

Hey well this kinda came outa nowhere im 4 weeks pregnant just found out so kinda shocked...i will be 18 in july..... i really never pictured my self pregnant at 17! Has anyone ever been there and done that? See im done with school and he is still finishing up his last year.....We have been together a little while now and have actually talked about if something like that were to happen! he explained it to me he would still love me and as he put it "our baby" and that not to worry that he would not leave me and he has a full time job and with my full time job and his we have enough money to support all three of us...yes i know this is gonna be hard and i know some people will critze me for it but i dont care im gonna be a mama and im actually very excited and im pretty sure he will be too just a little shocked at first but we really love each other alot and before you say anything i was on birth control...The doctor took me off one and told me to wait a week to start the others...
