It would depend on your views and personal interests. Though over all you would want to choose a name that you think has a good solid sound. Example and no offense to anyone of these names, but think of a man named Michael or Mike, it is usually viewed in a positive light. Now think of a man named Irving, it is often thought of as a nerd name [before anyone gets mad it was my grandfather's name]
So how it sounds and how others may percieve it should be thought about, but also how does it sound as a whole, with the middle and last name?
For those who place value in meanings of names, there are sights that can give your name origins and meanings, for those who value numerology you can learn the numbers of the name. For those that find great meaning in Lexigrams it could be very important what name you choose and how you spell it.
example Alexa = Protector of mankind
example Alexa = 16 / 7 mystery, knowledge, magic
example ADOLF HITLER = LORD OF HATE, FOE OF LIFE
example LADY DIANA FRANCES SPENCER = I SIRED A PRINCE - I SIRED PRINCES
I DIE IN PARIS NEAR SEINE

Well, this is something that is really for you, your husband and friends and family to decide or help you decide. I am a complete stranger to you, but here are my thoughts-since you asked.
All of your names are very pretty. You and your husband can:
A) each pick out your favorite ONE of all of your names. They become the first and middle names of the child.
B) put all the names in a hat and each of you pick out ONE to become the child's first and middle names.
C) have fun with your friends and family and host a baby naming party. Have them all submit SECRET ballots and vote on their favorite name (s). I say secret so that if either one of you don't like aunt so-and-so very well, you won't dismiss the vote or worse -hold a grudge against the name.
Don't forget to look and see what the initials spell out. You wouldn't want them to be something that can get picked on easily.
(My fave in your list is Cecilia, of course it's much like another fave of mine, Celest.)

This really is up to you and your husband. I'd narrow it down to 2 or 3 names though. Sometimes you can look at your child and name them something you never thought of before though. You'll know what to name her once you hold her.
