Hey, I am engaged to this guy. I am presently in university and as a result im on the pill for now. To make the story short, my period is late even when taking all my pills. Am i pregnant> Or is it the stress from university? Should i continue to take my next months pills?

When my little boy was born he was circumcised in the hospital the day before we left to go home. I guess he either had more than usual amounts of foreskin or it just healed back. His pediatrician says it is up to us if we would like to have it redone or not, but I am worried because my son is much older now (14 months ) I don't know how he will react to it and I am not sure if I want to. His father is adamant on wanting to have it redone. I am at a loss for what I should do any opinions or advice on this????

I was orignally pregnant in February 2006 with triplets. I miscarried one baby when I was around 6-8 weeks. I carried twins then until they were born. However, I found out at my 30 week appointment that my son wasn't alive. I then had to carry my daughter (and my deceased son) for another 5 1/2 weeks. I delivered them both by c-section. My daughter was in the NICU for 20 days and is now 4 months old. We are still grieving the death of my son. Its been a bitter/sweet ordeal, having one survive though has helped. By that I mean, I've had to focus of keeping myself healthy to care for her. I also have a 5 year old son who will be 6 in a few months. He is still grieving as well and I feel awful seeing him upset about our little angel. I didn't want an autopsy. The doctor doesn't know what happened other than it probably had something to do with his cord. It was clotted when he was born, so we're not sure if that caused his death or happened afterwards.

I am 3 months pregnant today and I have been so depressed. I have not decided what i should do as far as keeping my baby. i have been going to the obgyn regularly so my baby is ok. I am 24 and will graduate from college in may of this year. I am basically a single parent already and still want to pursue my career further. Hey everyone I just found out I was pregnant. I had nausea and sore breasts and everything then I got period bleeding and it was heavy. I have a family history of this {my mom had heavy bleeding while pregnant around her period every month for 6 months with all her pregnancies.. and my great grandma and grandma had the same thing also, the bleeding that is..} Well I got the bleeding but took a test because my mom told me too and it was a positive, so I went to the doc and they gave me a blood test which was positive, I told them about the bleeding and they said it happens and gave me an ultrasound, well they said everything was fine. Well the thing is right after my period {it started on Jan 7th and ended the 10th, then I spotted for a day!} , I stopped getting symptoms, and haven't had any except nausea which isn't real bad! . Has anyone had this bleeding and stuff and then their symptoms left?? Will I get my symptoms back later or?? Is this normal?? Plz help!

My 1yo sucks his thumb to the point that is skin cracks and gets sores on it. I want him to still have the comfort of sucking it because I have heard that you can't break a thumb sucker. Is there anything I can put on it and isnt harmful if ingested?

Lets say a couple has two children.

One is male.. let's call him Masonn, unplanned, very healthy.. he is now grown and married and has two children and an amazing job. He has a lot of friends, is very successful in life.. and generally, very happy.

One is female, planned, very sick, lets call her Kaelynn, she is now grown, dropped out of college and temporarily unemployed. She was once told that she would never be able to hold down a job because of her illnesses and never be able to have any children. She has a handful of friends, and has depression problems. She was once told she has less than 10 years to live.

The father used to verbally abuse his son as a teenager, and now physically abuses/verbally abuses his daughter. It is more severe with the daughter.

The mother always tried to stick up for the son, but ignores her daughter's problems.

What could be the issue(s) here? Tough love?

Does your boy take after his father in regards to penis size? I heard somewhere it correlates to the father's side, while I've also heard it can be from the mother's side. I'd say my husband is probably a little above average but my poor little boy has almost nothing.

I have decided that I want to spend my time and money to hire a surrogate mother for my fiance and I. I have absolutely no medical reason for this. My reasoning is as follows:

1. I absolutely do not want to endure pregnancy for many reasons.
2. Pregnancy and the time it consumes would be detrimental to my career. I make the majority of the income in our relationship, and the position I am in does not provide any worthwhile maternity leave due to the pay structure.
3. My fiance has desperately wanted to have a child for a long time, and now that we are emotionally and financially stable, I want to give him that right of passage.

I really need some outside opinion. Sometimes I think I have found the solution, and sometimes I think I am insane.

Please note, I understand that law requires maternity leave, but the reality of my position is that I would be unable to make the money that we have become so comfortable with if I took that time off.
