GO TO A DOCTOR .IT CAN BE LOTS OF THINGS. WE WOULDNT BE ABLE TO HELP HERE . YOU NEED LOOKED OVER BY A DR AND MEDICAL HISTORY GONE OVER BY A DR .THERE ARE LOTS OF THINGS IT MAY BE ASTHMA,PNUEMONIA,BRONCHITIS ,MONO ,HEART PROBLEMS , IF U ARE STRESSING OVER SOMETHING IT COULD BE A PANIC ATTACK IT CAN BE A COMBINATION OF MANY THIBGS BUT OVER THE INTERNET WE CANNOT DIAGNOS WE ARE NOT DOCTORS. GO TO THE DR ASAP GET EXAMINED ,TESTED,XRAYED WHAT EVER THEY NEED TO DO

You have a history of heart problems...you are answering your own question and you don't have to know the answer. If you are 16, you may have a congenital heart defect. The symptoms you describe are not anxiety or something that just sounds like a minor problem. As a person that works with heart surgery patients every day, I would STRONGLY SUGGEST that you tell you parents now and get to a doctor. I can't tell if it is a problem that is occurring right now or if it is a trend over the past couple of days...but you are describing the symptoms of someone that needs an EKG immediately to rule out a cardiac event. Don't play here...go to the doctor (and if the pain is greater than a 5 out of 10 (10 being the worst that you have ever had and 0 being none at all) go be evaluated now. TELL YOUR parents!

Hon,,go see a doctor,,it could be very serious. At any age & time,,people can get sick. You may have a heart condition or something but Im really not sure. Please make an appointment today. If you dont have insurance & live in the USA,,take the bills to Social Services Medicaid & they will help you.Or go to the ER & still can take the bills to Medicaid. For so long I avoided my health because I didnt have insurance & then learned how easy it was to get it.My illness got worse because I waited so long. What could have been a simple proceedure now requires surgery.Good luck.

It sounds like you might have a heart problem, which would contribute to shortness of breath, chest pains and poor circulation that would hurt your arms. It could also be a lung issue, depending on where it hurts.

It is super hard to diagnose anyone without seeing them, I suggest coughing up the dough and visiting the doctor before something little becomes something much bigger.

Everyone else has been suggesting standard medical. Which is good. But the way you describe your pain is what I get when my upper back is out of alignment. Get one of your friends to help pop your back. (Cross your arms and hold your shoulders, have your friend stand behind you and pick you up by your elbows.) You migh find relief and save you a trip to the Dr.

No clue which is why I think a trip to the doctor is in order. You don't wanna mess around and ignore stuff like that. Good luck, feel better.

I would go see a doctor immediately.
Could be serious.. could be heart problems or something..

More likely, it's not serious.. some sort of combo of asthma, heartburn, dehydration, and so forth.

But yeah, you should go in. Like, now.
