i tried laying down after sex. but it seems like the next day some liquid will flow out ...is that sperm or ?

Try laying with your butt above your head after sex. Put a pillow under your butt and lay there for a while, or up to 1 hour or as long as you can. Some couples I know who have kids swear by this.

Yup, that's semen. Don't worry it's normal so don't freak out. All the sperm ejaculated will not be completely absorded or taken in so the excess will need to get out and where else can it go out but the way in...

Some sperm will always leak out, don't worry about it, there should still be plenty to get you pregnant.
