Pregnancy & Parenting - 11 January 2007

My last period was on the 16th of December. So i should be getting my period around the 17 or 18 because it never comes on the exact day. I am not exactly 100% sure but, My boyfriend and I could have very well of had had sex on the days that i was ovulating. I have been feeling very very tired latley. I have taken two days to stay home and rest, and slept both the days. I returned back to work today and i stil had to sleep this evening because i was so tired. My breasts are sore but im not sure it that is because im getting ready to start my period or it i could be pregnant. I know the only way to know is to take a test, but i havent missed my period yet so theres really no point. I would like to know if fatigue is a major sign of pregnancy. And btw, my boyfriend and i do not use any kind of contraception, except for withdrawl.

One piece of advice I've consistently gotten is not to try to hard, How is that possible?? Between using my clearblue easy fertility monitor and drinking green tea and taking evening primrose oil and prenatals I can't help but to think about it a lot. I want to be pregnant so bad but how do I "relax" and not worry about it..seems impossible to me!! We've been trying for 4 months and although I'm not as worked up as the first couple months I feel a deeper longing for a baby now. How do I relax and let it happen??

I'm a mother of two i finding myself needing a lot more energy. I'm up at 6 a.m. and about 4/5 p.m. i'm tired, i know i'm not the best at eating i'll usally skip breakfast and lunch then i'll snack on something like graham crackers or fuits then i'll eat dinner. Anyway my question is are their supplments that will give me energy and help balence out my diet?

I decided to start taking ovulation tests as soon as I went off the pill, and about 25 days ago, the test indicated that I was ovulating. Problem is, since then, I have not gotten my period, and I have taken several pregnancy test, all of which have turned up negative. My last period was over 65 days ago, which is pretty typical for me. There is family history of irregularity, but not of infertility, but my doctor had never heard of anyone not getting their period after ovulating. She suggested that the ovulation test may have been incorrect, but I took 2 tests from 2 different brands and they both disaplayed a clear positive. I have only been trying to get pregnant for a little under 3 months, and I am under 30, but my irregularity is making me very anxious. My doctor has already mentioned clomid as something to think about, but I don't want to take the chance of having twins unless I absolutely must. Any advice???

I am a custodian my job is very physcially exhuasting etc.. i asked my doctor if he could write a note excusing me from shoveling snow and working with paint fumes and solvents. He said NO. i couldnt belive it. He says "well you can do those activiites" ok wth?? is this the thing your doctor's would've said as well? should i find a new OB/GYN? thanks

I am a mom of two little boys ( 2 years and a month ) I feel that keeping the house spotless is a priority. I have to do the cleaning EVERY single day. I've been doing this for years. I am just so tired of it. I can't start my day if the house is not sparkling. Once the house is clean I become a calm person and I can start my day then. However, I just got so tired of doing this every single day. I feel I am compromising time with my children for cleaning. I don't know if you understand what I am tslking about. I am a biit worried as my obs told me after a CTG yesterday that there is only mild contractions or to say tightenings. How long must I wait. He had scheduled me for an elective C-section on this Wed if the baby does'nt comes naturally by this Mon. How do I make labour progress on its own? I don't want a c-sect if possible.. and how do I know if the contractions pain is really contractons and is not just tightening :(

Lately i have been having headaches, my boobs have been a little sore, tired but can't really sleep at night, and i feel a little nauseous... Like 1 or 2 weeks ago i had a water discharge, it almost felt like my period, i only had that a few times... does that have anything to do with pregnancy?... what were ur experiences? My son refuses to sleep! During the day, he will take a 5-10 minute catnap about every three hours, but that's it! Enough time to go to the bathroom and MAYBE microwave something for myself to eat. He stays awake until 2 am every night and wakes up at 4am until 5:30 and then at 7am for the day. I know he needs to sleep, but he just won't. I have tried the swing, rocking him, singing, turning the lights and such off, even letting him cry as a last resort. None of it works. Anybody have any persoanl remedies that might help me out?
