when I started the patch I also had the same symptoms and went to the DR, She said it was common to have these side effects. It's just your body getting use to the patch, but give it a week before your missed period to take the test. sometimes starting a new BC can change the days you start

Not really. What happens is, a womans body releases an egg around day 14 of her cycle. This is when pregnancy happens. Sperm meets egg around this time and pregnancy happens.
If you are correct in saying your period is not due for another two weeks, that means that you are ovulating NOW. Which in turn means, you would be geting pregnant right around this time and NOT feeling symptoms of pregnancy yet.
Pregnancy symptoms usually show up right around when the period is due, so I would say it is way too early for you to be feeling anything.
Dont worry sweetie, I would put money on you not being pregnant. Its in your head unless you were pregnant from last month and starting to feel symptoms now. But if you had a period last month, you can rule that out

I read up on some article recently concerning those patches. I heard the odds of getting pregnant with patches are higher than pills.. and that it takes a whole month before actual prevention...make sure you test you self to be certain.

You should check the information that came with the patch, those might just be side effects of switching to a new birth control. Everytime I switch birth control or start using it again after a lapse I get all kinds of weird symptoms, and 90% of the time I wrongly jump to the conclusion that I must be pregnant...

It probably has more to do with the patch putting hormones into your body. You could wait it out and take a test or go to the doctor to be sure, but I'm willing to bet it's got more to do with the hormones from the patch.

Sounds more like PMT to me, I had the patches, and my hormones were all over the place for a few months, which is normal. I'm sure you're fine hun, but if it is really worrying you, get an early predictive preg test, for peace of mind. Good luck xx

it could be that but it can also be the patch and how its affecting you. since you have started it recently your body is still getting used to it. You should wait a while before you take any kind of test.

It is possible, but it sounds also like you are having a reaction to the patch.

Sounds like you could be. Like they say birth control doesn't always stop you from getting pregnant. I would take a test and see what happens.
