EAT!

That is all there is to it. You need to eat and eat on a regular basis. If you're up at 6, eat at 7. Have snack at 10, eat lunch at noon. Have another snack at around 3, then dinner in the evening. This is what we do. It is good for you and for the kids. I'm not sure of the age of your children but I also schedule in a quiet time every day. From 1-2 we have quiet time. This means the kids find a quiet activity. They can read, watch a video, play PS2 or even cuddle up with me to watch a movie. I lay down on the couch or bed and doze for an hour. Or I just rest. Even if you don't actually sleep it does help to be off your feet and just relaxing for an hour.

If you want to take a multi-vitamin that could help. But I don't think you need anything special. You simply need to eat healthier. You can't expect to make it through the day if you're not fueling your body.

You definitely need to eat properly. Begin eating breakfast right away. Start by eating one slice of dark bread (anything but white) spread with Smart Balance margarine and a piece of fruit. At lunchtime, eat a nice big salad that you have put together at home. Several salad makings are available in bags. To them you can add whichever vegetables you would like. Also try adding tuna, egg or cheese. Yogurt is also excellent for the body. Try Activia by Dannon. It tastes excellent and is so good for you too. There is also a product called Ensure which is a drink you can purchase in 6 packs at Wal-Mart. This is a much healthier way of eating. Add exercising to it and you are on your way to being much healthier.

Why take energy supplements. Try eating a healthy breakfast and lunch and taking a multivitamin. Most energy products are full of caffeine and sugar. Do yourself a favor and eat healthy. Then if you're still lacking energy look at other options. Good Luck!!

I was haivng the same problem with my toddler running around. I started eating a bowl of cereal in the morning, it really did give me energy all day and I actually LOST weight by eating in the morning. I found a few kinds that worked really well, any of the ones with the dried fruit in them and granola worked well for me. Good luck!!

you need fuel to keep you going. try a small breakfeast and lunch. or just snack throughout the day. you can't live on graham crackers and fruit.
See how you feel once you get your diet in order. good luck.

You should eat something for breakfast. Try slimfast if you are worried about putting on weight, but it's not good to skip like that.

I bought the Special K cereal bars. They are quick and easy for a meal. I know it is really hard but try and take care of yourself. Children learn by example and you are the best example for your kids. Good luck to you.

Have your Doctor check your Blood Sugar. Especially if there's Diabetes, in your Family History. It could also be a Thyroid disorder. Your Doctor will know better.
