You have to get a doctor to give you a pregnancy blood test and have them write the letter.

Get one from a doctor that has administered a pregnancy test. If no doctor then try the local health department.

Planned Parenthood, they can give u one all u do is go there and they do a pee test and give u the papers u need to prove that ur pregnant

If you had the test done at your doctors they can give you a note. If not there are places in town that do them for free and they can make notes for you, if you need them for insurance or anything else.

same as what has been said. Your doctor will have to write it after confirming you are pregnant.
I've had to get a letter twice, and my doctor was very willing to help out.
