I am throwing a baby shower for my sister-in-law in Feb. I need some good ideas for food, decorations, party favors, activities, and more that doesn't cost much. Maybe things I can use from around the house, or make for next to nothing. She is due at the end of March, and she is having a boy. Please Help!

He's almost 3 and she is 2 months old and ever since I brought her home he wants to hold his face so close to her all the time and sometimes they bump heads and she screams from pain. I keep telling him "not so close" and he keeps doing it, what should I do? Let it go? Punish him?

So, I'm scheduled to get my IUD removed today and I've been toying with whether or not to have another baby. I have two beautiful children, 3 & 6. My theory is to leave the IUD out for 2 months and see what happens. It would be like my last window for having kids, since I have no intention of having a 10 yr age gap between kids. What do y'all think?

My 20 year old step daughter who lives with gives me a very hard time. We had a long trip to visit my husbands family for the holiday's. I happened to be on the phone with my mother while this was happening and I just got so fed up I had asked her to meet us and pick me up b/c this is disfunctional. My 20 year old step daughter then started yelling at me and threatened me by saying if i ever said this family is dysfunctional againn she would do something. I then told her to get her facts straight, I said THIS is dysfunctional not this FAMILY. She then said "***** don't talk to me like you know me". By the way my husband said nothing about the disrespect I was getting from her. I did get mad b/c I was not being taken up for so I lost my temper with her. I regret it and apologized. We then decided to talk like adults which could not be done because all I got was I don't love her dad and I have hated her from them beginning. NOT TRUE! I am even thinking divorce. I need backing by my man

I took my first cycle of Clomid of 50 mg. I have been testing my bbt, it was steady for a while, then it dropped way lay low, then way up, then it went way low again. I thought after it goes way up, it is suppose to stay up if you have ovulated. What do you think? Do you think I ovulated?

If i got my period on November 3rd my cycle usually comes every 31 days. I had unprotected sex on November 17, 23 and 24 am i pregnant.

Well the circles around my breast appear to be getter bigger.

"Future smokers may be programmed in the womb to take up the habit later in life, research published on Tuesday said.

Scientists in Australia have discovered that children of women who smoked during pregnancy were more likely to become smokers than other youngsters.

They suggest nicotine from cigarettes passes through the placenta and may act directly on the developing brain of the unborn child."

I wanted to have her naturally to go through the whole labor preocess but I am getting so antsy and her due date is Christmas! I'm worried I will have some random Dr or something. My Dr says at my next appt. in a week I can be scheduled to get induced. What do you think? I am only 20 and this is my 1st baby. My husband and I live in a suburb outside of metro Detroit. All of our family live in Cleveland, Ohio. I am due on January 15. My question is do you think my Dr. would consider an induction. The drive is three hours and if it's snowing we could end up stranded.
We have two little ones we will need help with or I could end up birthing alone while he stays with our children. I just wondered if there were any who thought the Dr. might induce,
Weight won't be an issue my son weighed 9lb4oz and my daughter weighed 8lb13oz. This baby is big already too. If my Dr. says no should i try to find one in the office that will? I am very anxious about this situation. I don't want to end up in the delivery room alone. I'm talking bout a set day close to the due date.

hiya i have just been for a scan 2day and i was told i am 5 weeks pregnant and that i have an irregular gestational sac
there was no featal pole or heartbeat at this stage
does this meen that i will loose the baby as i am so worried that i will.

My husband and I have finally decided to start trying to concieve, which I am very exited about. But I have a fear that is taking over all my exitement and that is what if we can't... I dread the next months suspence as I wait to see whether or not I will get my next period or not. I know that sometimes it will take a couple months, I am afraid because I had gotten pregnant 2 years ago on accident and miscarried, I'm worried of it happening again or worse not being able to get pregnant. I am 33 weeks pregnant with my third child. She's my husband's first. He wants me to try having "one more" after this baby is born. I don't want any more kids, and have signed the papers to have my tubes tied. I love my husband dearly, but should I forget the tubal and have another baby just because he wants a son? He says he didn't say anything at the time I signed the papers, because he didn't want to make me mad or make me feel like an incubator.

For the record, I don't want anymore kids. And rude answers are not appreciated.

I had a "minor" bleed (one large lemon sized clot and one small inch long clot w/ about 20 minutes of slow bleeding) and went to the ER this weekend, I was diagnosed w/ Placenta Previa. I am only 13 weeks and know that there is a great chance my placenta will move up. Has anyone else experienced this? How was your pregnancy? Did you have any more bleeds? Did you have to be hospitalized? Any answers would be appreciated!

And I took a pregnancy test yesterday. One was negitive and one has two lines..but one you can hardly see and its not pink like the test line, its kind of clear actually..should I retest in a few days? Or just assume its negitive?

I am 21 weeks, and I've been feeling the baby kick for a few weeks now already. I have friends who are farther along than I am who say that it's impossible to be feeling it that early, and that my dates are wrong. I don't think so, so has anyone else felt the baby that early? Also, I am petite, so does that factor in in any way? Thanks:)
