Sex is very important in an adult relationship. It is one of the most intimate connections we have. This question actually concerns both partners involved.

There are 70 million women in America who suffer from Vaginal Relaxation. Vaginal Relaxation is the weakening or loosening of the supporting muscles of the vagina. Childbirth is the most common cause of vaginal relaxation. When a woman's vagina is loosened, the amount of sensation and pleasure she feels during intercourse is dramatically reduced. This is due to a loss of friction generated within the vagina.Vaginal Relaxation affects the male partner by reducing the amount of pressure and friction created on his penis during intercourse.

There are 3 main ways to fight Vaginal Relaxation:
1. Vaginal Rejuvenation Surgery
A laser procedure to tighten the muscles that were loosened or stretched.
2. Kegels
Exercises that engage the muscles in the pelvic floor which help to strengthen the muscles that aid in "flexing" the vagina.
3. Vaginal Rejuvenation Pills
Herbal pills that work directly on the pubococcygeus (the muscle that is responsible for constricting the vagina) to strengthen and tighten the vagina.

Search for Vaginal Rejuvenation on Yahoo for more information on how to reverse the effects of Vaginal Relaxation.

I'm a mother of three in my 30s. If you're in good shape before your pregnancy, you can regain your shape easily (vagina included). After you give birth you will be looser for a few weeks, but as you exercise you will become more normal. I'm exactly the same as I was before I had children at all. My husband is as satisfied as ever. Don't worry - just eat right and keep fit!

Hopefully your not this insensitive and shallow to your wife who is bringing your child into the world! You cant do anything however she can. Her vagina will tighten up after the birth of your child. and there are exercises she can do that will also help her tighten up her vagina. Sex is off limits for 6 weeks so get familiar with Rosy palm again buddy and PS if my husband acted like this towards me, he would only be acquainted with Rose palm for quite a long time after wards, u might want to keep that in mind.

Maybe the problem is you not her..I think maybe you're penis is small and you worry that is won't be no good. If a woman is good enough to go through the pain of child birth and the changes in he body and the only thing you worry about is her vagina being stretch maybe she should reconsider not having kids with you. There more things to worry about then that there's many things can change with a woman when she haves kids.

Some of these replies are kinda rude, people!! Sex is important in a relationship, and this is a genuine concern. Give this poor guy a break!

As some of the others said, it will be fine. Now you can quit worrying and devote your time to encouraging your dear wife in her pregnancy and childbirth!

Actually depending on how long after you wait, it can be tighter than before. Vagina's are meant to stretch and they shrink right back down buddy. Just tell her to keep doing her kagle's after and things will be fine.

It will go back to normal- I can't believe you are worried about something like that, she is carrying your child and you are worried about her being stretched out after it is born. So what can you do? You can deal with it- you are the one that got her pregnant.

don't worry!!! It will come back to it's orginal size after a few weeks. Just a little bit roomier, but it shouldn't be a big deal. you should just relax and be proud of your wife for giving birth!
You try squeezing a lemon out of your penis hole!

Her vagina is a muscle and it will tighten back up. There's nothing to worry about. Just concentrate on the life she's bringing into this world.
