Ummm, what would any normal loving parent do if they found out something like this was happening to their child?? Go to the school and the police maybe?? Have your child looked at by a doctor, talked to by someone who knows exactly how to deal with accusations like this to make sure what's being said is certainly true. Although this problem is way too common nowadays it's happened before that children will resort to something as drastic as this as a means of getting attention. That also depends on how old the child is and how well they know how to lie or make things up. Some might think I'm sounding like a b*tch but it has happened more so with children old enough to know exactly what happens in that situation and is able to make up elaborate stories. Have the child checked out by a professional though immediately.

first, and most importantly, make sure the allegation is true. Having been the subject of such an accusation (male nurse) it is total destruction. If the accusation is one that sounds plausable, meet at once with the principle as well as the police. If your daughter or son has come forward, there are surely many others that have not. Abuse can destroy the childs life and it is very, very difficult to overcome.
Again, caution that this is not a child "getting even" for a bad grade or some other wrong, but examine the claim closely and pursue any misconduct

First I would make absolutely certain that the child was telling the truth. This is super serious for everyone involved and a false allegation would ruin a career. If I were convinced it were true then I'd go straight to the local law enforcement. I'd do that in my school district because if I went to the school first they would try and cover it up.

Make sure the accusations are true. I have seen two cases recently in our area where girls got mad about their grades and accused their teachers of molesting them. It later came out that the girls were lying but by that time, the teachers lives were ruined.
If it is true, then go to the police and press charges. No child should have to put up with that.

if i didn't kill the teacher first i would go to the authorities, the principal, the other teachers, the school board, and make sure he was in custody before i let my husband know!!! in all seriousness, you have to tell as many people as it takes to get this taken care of. i am so sorry it happened to your kid, but hopefully you can stop it from happening to another child. i would also let as many of the other parents as possible know what happened and this teacher is a number one creep and should be castrated good luck!

I would have to say beat the crap out of them, but the right thing to do is talk to someone you trust to guide you in this matter so it can be investigated. I know a child I am concerned for whose step sibling is touching , I know it and i too don't know what to do to help so if you have an answer submit

Well I would probably want to go up to the school and beat the crap out of whoever is doing it. But knowing that would probably put me in jail and make things worse, I would just go to the cops and hope they do there job right and put the pervert in jail and get them fired.

If the information given by my son/daughter was convincing to me, I would contact the proper authorities.

If it is inappropriate touching, I would inform the principal and probably the police if I felt it were true. No one should be allowed to be around children if they are touching inappropriately, assuming you are talking about a sexual type touch.

It should be reported. If this is truely happening, there may be others that may come forward if they see another child do the same.
Unfortunately, most young victims DO NOT come forward until they become aware of other victims that have already braved that road.
