im pregnant .just entering the last month of first trimester. im not sick, no morning sickness, no salivation, only tiredness and restlessness in the afternoon and evening. but in the evenings i notice my tommy is bigger than when i wake up in the mornings. in the afternoons i feel heat from inside, my eyes are hot from inside . moody , but im so concerned about me behaving like a small girl . i want attention from people, i behave funny .im kind of petty. but what makes me have very big tommy in the night . my dinner is very small and light. i dont have the major symptoms everybody seems to have that are obvious, im just fine outwardly apart from the things i mentioned above. is everything o.k

Hi all

I truelly love my Godchild
I'm 21 years old & his mother is only 19.

When she was pregnant she use to drink & party.
When she gave birth I bascially bought everything for the baby including diapers - Now that she is working she's not providig the neccessities.

I know she loves him - But I can give him such a bright future - I have a very very good career (Advertiisng Coordinator) where she works in a factory - & it seems that party times are more important to her. She sometimes let him stay with me for weeks without even phoning to know how he is doing, & it breaks my heart to see that he has no bond with her (i want him to have that, dont get me wrong I do not want to be his mother) I just wanna give him the best in l

How exactly do I ask her to let him be with me (his only 8 months old)
I know she is his mother
But how can a mother do that toher child

Is it wrong of me to thing this way?
please help me
& give me your honest advice

Thanking you

I am due for my period today and this morning tested and had a faint line. Very faint to where I might be worried it was an evaporation line. I have not had any symptoms since I ovulated only cramping once in awhile which for me is very unusual. I am worried because I ovulated on Nov 6th and feel that if I am pregnant I should have a much stronger line and not a faint one. Has anyone been in this situation and gotten a positive a couple of days later. Also I have had a lot of white discharge which I never get prior to my period.

Even the parents have their future, but most children think that the parents duty is to care them and they don"t realise that the parents should be taken care of. ( not everychildren)The joint family system is comfortable for both but now a days it is not in many families. The younger generation should think about it. What is your opinion?

I was due my period 10 days ago, got all the signs, cramps, tenderness of the breasts and felling a little blue but did not come on! I take a mini pill but was prescribed strong anti-biotics by the dentist, now normally I wait 10 days after the course has ended before having sex (just to be on the safe side) but I am not 100% sure that we did this time. I have done a pregnancy test and it was negative but it did have a very, very faint 'shadow' where the positive result should be. I have seen my GP and he has sent a urine sample away 'just in case'. I am normally regular and this has really thrown me, Could I be pregnant even though I have period pain and so on? Could a test show a negative result if I was pregnant? if I am not pregnant why would I not have a period? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

My first child was a vaginal birth, my second child was born with some handicaps and the docs felt a cesarean was necessary, well fast forward to the third pregnancy, where my twins were born at 37 weeks, and the docs felt a cesarean was necessary becuase of a "weak" uterine wall, then my fifth child was born this way as well, simply becase my last 3 were! My ob/gyn was insistent upon it, so I reluctantly did it, but then I read somewhere that there had been research done and over half the cesareans performed inthe US were not really needed, and vaginal births could have been performed instead, and that more women were choosing them instead of typical births.

My 2 year old son, who is a twin has been having what I call "nightmares" since he was a small 5-6 month old baby. When he was that age, he would be sleeping, then he would whimper in his sleep and frown, then if I didn't pat him and reassure him he was okay, he would began to cry. Now that he is 2, he does the same thing, start whimpering in his sleep, then if I don't pat his back and catch him in time, he starts screaming bloody murder! His eyes will be closed, like he's sleep, (and I think he does be sleep still) but you can't wake him up! His body is limp and he will be crying bloody murder. It takes a few minutes to "wake" him, and once he's awake, he goes right back within a few minutes and sleeps through the rest of the night. This only happens maybe 1-2 times every so often. I have talked to the pediatrician, and she says it sounded like night terrors, but he's too young for those, so she didn't have an answer for me? Can anyone suggest what I can do? The other kids are fine?!

My last period was 01/10/06 and lasted around 5 days (as per usual!) I was expecting to come on a month later & didn't! I dont know wether the symptoms i'm experiencing are because i'm pregnant or just plain run down. I feel sick the majority of the time, only i am never actually sick!
I feel SO tired, my skin is slightly spotty (never get spots!) I have had one or 2 'twinges' where i feel that perhaps my eggs are releasing but nothing has come of it.
After the two negative tests i dont want to do another and see the big 'negative' mark - i know i should but i really DO want a baby and would be heart broken if it said 'no'! Maybe the tests i have done were too early and showed a negative test because of that?!
I also have an odd feeling in my stomach (not sure how to describe) Like its full or air almost? Or numb - i dont know its an odd feeling - just wondering if anyone could 'shed some light' on this for me?!

Thanx xxxx

My dr. did an ultrascan on me during the 16th weeks. My baby's position was upside down, legs partially apart. My Dr. said that it's 70-80% a girl. Is it accurate?

For convenience and family compatibility there is a practice to fetch alliance from the same caste, religion etc. But most of the love marriages jump these boundaries and result in a cultural, genetical and social mix. Does these scientifically and medically lead to more dynamic and intelligent children ? If so or if not why ?

My 4 year lold is the loudest kid ever. She screams/shreeks constantly. I don't know if the screaming is a girl thing but she is getting on everyone's nerves. I've tried bringing her attention to it, punishing her with time outs, and nothing seems to work. Her nursery teacher asked me if she had a hearing problem. So I had her checked out by a doctor. There is nothing wrong with this child. I'm sure it is for attention but it never seems to stop. Anyone have a similar problem? Help!!!
