My dr. did an ultrascan on me during the 16th weeks. My baby's position was upside down, legs partially apart. My Dr. said that it's 70-80% a girl. Is it accurate?

Well, according to the person who gets paid a small fortune to know these things, it is 70-80% accurate...did you suspect your doctor may be lying to you or do I just not get the question??

Well its 70-80% accurate, liek your doctor said. My doc said she was 95% sure mine was a girl, and you could plainly see the girl parts too.

We found out the sex of our child at 16 weeks, it was accurate.

Ultrasounds give many false-positives, though not generally when it comes to the sex of the baby.

most likely....it's hard to miss the male genitalia ..but you'll have other ultrasounds and then they can be sure
