Iam so so sorry for your loss. I would write on the headstone whatever your heart tells you to write. Your heart will give you the best answer. Spend some time alone or with partner or friends/family and note down all your feelings and thoughts - the most prescious answer willl come. Best wishes and my thoughts are with you xxx

I'm sorry if this really is the situation you are in.
But i do find it strange how people know what they would write on a babys headstone. Surely it should be be about how you feel at this moment, not about a competition over words.
To suggest things like "an angel", or " short but sweet", or " loved you" etc is really crass. How does anyone know how you feel.
It devalues your feelings and the situation if the wording ir prescribed like this.

Scarey to even think about this one hun as a mum myself...........
Think the words on this babs headstone should come from ..mum and dad, or if you are too distressed ask your mum.
Really pained by your loss love, thinking of you . x.

Something simple and sweet. "Visited by an Angel" or " A glimpse into heaven" and the baby's name and dates.
This is extremely hard to deal with, and impossible to understand when a baby is taken back to heaven. Peace to you.
