It doesn't matter what part of the turkey you eat as long as it is fully cooked. You can pretty much have all of the traditional thanksgiving fare, except champagne or wine of course. Cider is perfectly ok to drink too because it does not contain alcohol.

The only things that women who are pregnant need to avoid are certain types of fish like fresh tuna because they contain mercury. Deli meats and hot-dogs should not be eaten unless cooked until steaming hot and do not eat any raw meats, raw eggs and soft cheeses or other unpasturized foods. The reason is because of the bacteria, listerosis (commonly found in these foods) can affect a developing baby.

You can get a list of foods to avoid by your doctor or you can just google "foods to avoid while pregnant" and should be able to find your answer very easily.

You shouldn't bother whether what to eat especially when you know they are nutritious.. No matter what it looks like or what color it is.. But you should be careful not to eat too much fatty foods when you are pregnant, to avoid high-blood pressure especially during your delivery... You should be careful all the time. Avoid alcohol and smoking! Try to eat more fruits especially citrus fruits... You should try that! I ate a plenty of them and my baby's skin became so smooth... Even now that she's already a big girl. The doctor says it can make the skin more healthy.. God bless you and your baby!

You can eat whatever meat you want and there shouldn't be anything you can't eat or drink. As long as the cider doesn't have alcohol in it, you're fine. Relax, enjoy and eat as much as your little heart desires. You deserve it!
