my breasts have been sore, especially my nipples, and ive had low abdomin pains. My breasts were very sore a few days go, but are now not that much.Ive also had a little nausea. I know this sounds a lot like i am pregnant, but im on birth control. Also, the only time i had sex without a condom was the day i got my period (a couple hours before it) and i know thats a very infertile time. Also, he didn't ejeculate. I know there's still precum, but we only did it for about a minute (just messing around). I was just wondering what the odds are to get pregnant when your on birth control the day of your period from precum. I think they'd be pretty low, but I can't think of any other reason why I'd be having these symptoms. It's been almost a month since i had sex. My period is due in four days. I took a test yesterday and it was negative. I'm going to take another test in four days, but if it's been almost a month would it show up by now? I'm not sure if it's too soon or if im just paranoid.

If parents were more strict and didn't let their kids run wild then don't you think they wouldn't become pregnant? If parents would just put their kids (teenagers) on birth control then don't you also think there wouldn't be so many teenagers pregnant. Birth control is very effective if used correctly.
Another thing how can someone forget to take their birth control pills? I mean if i had it on the brain about a baby i would be making sure i took that pill everyday.

My parents were strict with me and i didn't get pregnant while i was on birth control so please don't even tell me birth control dosen't work.

Do you think it is okay to be a teenage mom?

her sweater top is 100% polyester,,,,,but its like a fuzzy fleece material........its was the gum from those little 4 pack chicklet gums.....what can i do ??

How long should it be before the antibiotics kick in? My son has a severe left ear infection. He is still screaming with pain and having to have the "pain" drops, motrin and on antibitoics. He does have a dr appointment next week, but something has to give!

My 5 month old daughter, who is exclusivly breastfed, just got in her first tooth. All day she has been biting me, I tell her no very sharply and take her off the breast for a half hour before letting her finish eating. She won't take a bottle, tried everything under the sun so that's out of the question, so how long do I have to go through this? I thought they were supposed to quit biting once they realized they don't get to eat if they chew????? Any other helpful suggestions for me to try? Quick! My little pirahna is hungry again.

Son is 4yrs. He's been PP trained for 8 ms, out of diapers for 6. I knew he was ready for #2 on the potty 6 mns ago so I took diapers away. They were a crutch. Figured if he went in his pants a few times it'd change. Nope. I was still cleaning him up. Then I started having him clean himself up. Still didn't work. Fast foward 2 now. He still goes in his underwear. But w/in the past 2 weeks, he has started holding everything in. He's never had a bad experience so, I can't see why he's scared of one. I actually got him ON the potty last week, and he DID GO. It was easy and smooth, no problems, He was happy and felt better. Good consequences, right? WRONG! He's STILL holding it in! We took him to the E-room last nite to make sure he wasn't constipated & he's not. They gave him a suppository & he held that in too!! Dr's were totally at a loss because he's not blocked up. He just won't go! PLEASE HELP!! SOMEONE out there must have had this problem!!!! (Edited for space)

I know abortion is a hot topic right now. I'm not asking if you are pro-choice or pro-life. I don't really care! Abortion (as of right now) is mostly legal--if you like it or not--it is.

I was watching a show about teenagers and abortion and I'm torn in two. I don't know what to think or what is best, what do you think?

Parent-Permission for Abortion? This means parents have to consent to an abortion before the procedure can be preformed.

Parent-Notification for Abortion? This means parents are informed but the teenager can make her own choice--regardless of how the parent feels.

--OR--

No parent involvement at all? This of course is when a teenager can just go out, get it done, and her parents do not ever have to know about it.

How do you feel? What should the law be?

This forum is a prime example of why we need to teach protection from an early age. Teaching about birth control is not giving a green light to have sex, but only the tools to make intelligent decisions later on.

was w/ fiance for 2 years--taking no precautions to insure that I didn't get pregnant b/c "if it happened, it happened"..we wanted a baby. I was raped on 3-25-06 by a close friend of the family's (who I have forgiven b/c of his "situation"), and found out that I was pregnant on 4-12. I don't believe in abortion& after talking to b/f decided to keep the baby bc of the chance that it could be his. Around the end of May he broke up with me, saying that if the child wasn't his, he would never be able to look at it the way a father is supposed to look at his child (& the same for the way he looks @ me).My dr says that I am measuring 39 wks, and thinks that the LATEST I would have my baby is 12-5-06. I am unsure of the 1st day of my last period but I know it was in the 1st wk of March. Who has better chance of being the father? It is important to note that the "friend" of the family said he used a condom & I found an empty condom wrapper so believe that he did in face use protection

my Son is 10 days old and was born premature. since his birth his weight has been declining but we were told that it was normal for a newborn to lose 10% of their birth weight but at his appointment today we were told he cant lose anymore weight. i feed him as often as i can and try to wake him up every 3 hours but all he wants to do is sleep and im afraid he might lose more weight. what can i do???

I am so tired of seeing young girls on here that had unprotected sex with there one of many boyfriends in the life that think they are pregnant...Listen kids, if you don't know about....the birds and the bees then maybe you should wait until you do, let me give you a lesson #1 If you aren't married you should not be having sex #2 If you think that the PULL-OUT method works then you haven't made to sex -ed yet so you should at least wait til you pass that class #3 If you don't want a baby then having sex might not be the greatest way in preventing that from happening So another words if you don't know what can get you pregnant and what to do to prevent getting pregnant then maybe just maybe you shouldn't be having sex!! Right?

had sex first day of august with a new boyfriend but condom broke, I have had normal periods since and no signs and a negative HPT is it safe to say I am not pregnant? I hope I am not.

I'm 40 and I had a tubal ligidation 18 years ago but I know thay can fail sometimes but not sure after that long

Does it bother you that so many children have access to obscene comments and images on Yahoo? Should Yahoo be the one responsible for shielding our children? Have you seen the pics available on 360???

Should the parents be the ones protecting their children or should Yahoo hold the responsibility?

I'm very sickened by what's available to young children. No wonder there are more kids having sex at younger ages...it's all they see. Everywhere...TV, internet, music, and video games. Sex is everywhere.
