nothing is sure fire, but I would suggest getting up after sex because the x sperm (girls) are heavier and faster, so getting up my have gravity help in pulling them away from your cervix. The y sperm (boys) are lighter and slower, so if that is what is left the chances are better you will get a boy.

Sorry, there isn't anything that has ever shown to bias things one way or the other -- it's just whichever sperm gets to the egg first! There is absolutely no difference in sperm speed, durability, or longevity due to which chromosome they carry -- any stories to that effect are old wives' tales that have no basis in fact.
A few years ago there were "baby boy conception kits" and "baby girl conception kits" on the shelves at drugstores, that cost about $49 each. The maker claimed they gave the user a 75% rate of success at getting the sex of baby they wanted. (I never saw or heard what was in them -- no interest!). After about a year, there was a study published on over 1,000 couples who had used them -- and their results were no better than chance at getting the baby they wanted. They were pulled from the shelves, never to be heard from again.
You're gonna get what you're gonna get -- and I'm sure you'll love it whatever it is! Best of luck.

I dont think there are any methods for getting a boy or girl. I have heard old wives tales about eating more dairy for girls and meats for boys. it all depends on the male's sperm. That is where you get the sex of the baby from. good luck.

Male sperm swim faster and female sperm live longer so towards the end of ovulation have sex. No promises you never know though!
