It's impossible. There's no way a doctor cal tell if he has had any type of sex. Unless, he has an STD.

There is no physical way that anyone can tell that a boy has had sex unless he contracts an STD or if they go all CSI on him and check for 'biological evidence' right away.

They can make a pretty accurate guess whether a girl has based mostly on the hymen being intact, and also by checking for tears or bruising, STD's or pregnancy, or, again, by going all CSI and checking for 'biological evidence.' However, the hymen being ruptured isn't a sure-fire sign, because it can be ruptured by using tampons, or by other physical activities, like horseback riding.

Fair? I don't know, but that's just the way it is. And how come this is in the pregnancy section?

Doctors can not tell whether either one has ever had sex. The only people who know if a boy or a girl has had sex is that boy or girl and their partner.
