had sex first day of august with a new boyfriend but condom broke, I have had normal periods since and no signs and a negative HPT is it safe to say I am not pregnant? I hope I am not.

I'm 40 and I had a tubal ligidation 18 years ago but I know thay can fail sometimes but not sure after that long

It sounds like you really liked this new boyfriend and must really want a baby with him. I am sure that you are not pregnant and I am sorry that your tubes are tied. If it is possible you can get them reversed but i think that you need to enjoy the children that you have if you already have some and find other ways to get closer to this boyfriend. You can share many wonderful memories without a baby and some will bond you just as much.

what in the world would make you think you were pregnant? If the condom broke in august, and it is now november, and you've had normal periods......? Why would you think that? or am I missing something?

Your not pregnant. However, just remember that STD's can also be a side affect of sex.
