He actually made me bleed the last time. I want to nurse him for at least another 3 months but i dont know how must longer i can take the pain! My baby and I will be so thankful for any tips.

I have this crazy fear of needles!! I always tense up or flinch when recieving shots and I am scared that I will do the same for the epidural. I've heard you must be still or you could be paralyzed. Scary!! My OBGYN said the guys who administer the epidural can hit a moving target...but what if I tense up or flinch?

i am 15 she is 14 we did a very very stupid thing 2 nights ago and had unprotected sex. i no i didn't *** but i also no that she can still get pregnant from pre ***. we where only going at it for about 10 mins and then we stopped. last night she said something that really freaked me out she said she was late and that she was sopossed(spelling) to get her period the next day which she didn't. but she also said that she has missed her period lots of times be4 and this isnt uncommen. it has now been 2 days since we had sex and she says she hasnt been feeling sick in the morning or anything. what should we do. is their a chance she is pregnant. or can anyone tell me right now that she cant be. i am going to everyone on here as a seriously concerned teen.

know what babyshowers are for the baby but is it wrong to think that a mother should get something that caters to just them. I know that the gifts are for you but is more catered to your baby is it selfish to want something that is just for you. This is just question i was just thinking. not my own personal views.

My 19 1/2 month old wakes 2-3 times a night and just starts screaming. He doesnt seem to be awake yet Im not sure because he comes into our room and crawls into bed with us. I gently put him back to bed, but a few minutes to an hour later, he does it again. Doctor says to let him scream but then my husband complains and wants to give in to him and let him sleep in our bed. Not only that, he wakes my 4 1/2 month old up and then I have to get her back to sleep. Im about to pull my hair out. I just want one night that I can get a full nights rest. Husband doesnt get up with the kids, typical man that he is. Doesnt do much with them except things that make him happy like playing with them or taking them places...but thats a different story. How can I get him to sleep peacefully so I can too?

My son is 18 months old. Lately he has been frightened to go to sleep at night. He will not go to sleep unless I am laying with him and holding him. If I try to move he instantly starts crying untill I put my arms aroung him again. I do not think he is having night terrors, but I am worried. Does anyone know what I can do or where I can get information about what is going on with him?

What are the symptoms? I am not breastfeeding but I have used the similac soy formula and now i am using the ailmentum. my baby is sooo cranky and gassy and spits up frequently. i stopped giveing her solid foods like peaches and prunes and bananas, she is old enought to have those..she is five months now...i just dont know if she has a milk allergy. i know something is wrong. i am taking her to the dr. on wed. but i need to know some of the symptoms of allergies in babies so i can sound like i know what i am talking about instead of an over anxious first time mom. can you be specific like what is the baby's body language like etc.??? thanks so much!!

I know it's a little late to be figuring this out. But several bad OB appointments during my pregnancy have left me fed up with my OB! I am almost 7 months and don't know if it's too late to switch Docs. I don't feel comfortable with mine and I don't like the way that he talks to me. Has anyone else encountered this problem this late and switched? Any advice out there? I sort of feel bad (a little guilty) and worried!

Alright, I know my LMP date was definitely 8/23/06. DOC should have been approx. 9/8/2006.

First ultrasound on 9/29 dated me at 5 weeks or less, because it was soooo small.
Second ultrasoud on 10/13 dated me at 7 weeks 1 day.
Third ultrasound on 11/14 dated me at 12 weeks 1 day.
*Don't worry, only one more ultrasound for me.

All the dates are only a few days off of each other, but I was just wondering which dating is the most accurate?

okay i've been trying for awhile but than i gave up cause they say if you try to hard it won't happened.. so i got my period last month after 3 months and no period!and i got it for like 2 weeks and i'm not normal i use to be but now i'm not it lasted from 24-nov. 3 and now i got sore nipples and little stomach cramps does this sound like my period or something else and we don't ever use condoms! what do you women think??

My mother always said if she had of had twins that is what she would have named them . If i have twins i want to name them these names . It would work for either two boys or a boy and a girl .

My husband just called me at work and our six month old son will not stop screaming. He will be ok when hes holding him but when he trys to lay him down after he falls asleep he wakes right up and starts screaming again and I mean like a high pitch screech. Could it just be him wanting to be held since hes ok when your holding him?

Nothing seems to work. It makes us crazy that we can not make him feel better. The script the dr gave us helps some but dang it, I can not stand to see him cry in pain.
