Well i took 2 pregnancy tests 7 full days before my period was due and they were both accurate and true. Positive!!!

You can test 19 days from the day you think you became pregnant and a blood test will show that you are pregnant 7 days after conception.

Go to this pregnancy test website http://www.peeonastick.com and good luck on testing

I took a test 5 weeks from my last period and got a bfp with the first pregnancy.

If it has been at least 10 days since you had unprotected sex and you have not gotten your period when you think you should have, you can take a home pregnancy test to find out if you are pregnant. Before that, a negative test result won’t be accurate, and you definitely can’t tell if you’re going to get pregnant in the first few days after sex – the time when you would be taking emergency contraceptive pills (sometimes called "morning after pills" or "day after pills"). If the test is negative but you are still worried, you can take a second home pregnancy test in another week. If the result is positive, you should contact your health care provider to discuss your options

THe doctor will take a blood and or urine test to confirm weither you are in fact pregnant or not. Usually those test are very accurate even if the line in the positive is very faint it is still a positive result. some times it may read a positive as a negative if it is in the very early stages, but that's rare as those are really sensitive tests.

One type of HPT claims to be able to give you an accurate reading 5 days before your missed period (it is more sensitive than other HPT's on the market). However, most information says to take a test on the first day of your missed period, at the earliest!

You can get a result from as early as the first day of a missed period, depending on the test's sensitivity, but the box will advise you.

I believe i was just 19 days pregnant, from the date of conception. My most likely conception date was September 11 and I tested positive on September 30. The line was feint, but it was there!

you can get an accurate reading 5 days before your period, but if you don't like the results wait until your periods are due and if late do another.

Depending on the type of test, it can be done before your period is due. But just to be safe, wait until a few days after.
