Pregnancy & Parenting - 17 November 2006

and I have had a dull cramping for 2 weeks like I am about to start my peirod, my boobs are very sore and I feel like I'm startimg my period but i go to the bathroom and its just clear. I have had 2 pregnancy tests. 1 on the first day of my missed period - it was a blood test at the doctors office and today, the 10th day late, I took an at home test.. both were negative.

I don't undertand why I'm having these symptoms. I am very regular and never miss a period by more than a day. I have a doctors appointment scheduled for next Tuesday but I'm going to bw anxious until then. Have you ever experienced this before?

ive heard so many times that the pill isnt 100 percent...so what if i get pregnant and dont know yet still take the pill?

My 3 1/2 year old has been exclusively potty trained for at least 6-7 months. In the last week, I have found her several times, peeing in secretive places, in her pants.
What could this be from??

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way to get rid of stretch marks, Im 4 months pregnant, and my boobs have these ugly purple marks on them, I have already tried COCO butter and that didnt work, ive also tried Avon skin so soft. Is there anything out there that might be better? If I cant get rid of them is there anything that fades them?

I was looking into taking childbirth classes. what do I do? my daughters father wont be able to go with me, is that ok? How do I sign my self up, and how long before I'm due do I need to sign up.

i'm a little worried, considering they take the baby a little earlier already because of the diabetes and now they're telling me that a babys lungs form slower when the mother has gestational diabetes.

My husband and I have just started trying to have a baby. I know that I was ovulating between October 22 and 23, we started trying on the 20th. I am not under any stress at work or home. I also am not having any major symptoms except that I am almost 3 weeks late (last period the last week in Sept, first week of Oct.) and very tired. I've also been having weird feelings, like being kinda blue and lethargic this past week. I've taken atleast 6 preg tests, all negative. my friend (who is in school for nursing) said that when she was pregnant with her daughter she was 6 weeks pregnant and had to have a blood test because her hormone levels were too low to be detected in a urine test. Another of my friends told me that she was 8 weeks before the tests would read positive and she didn't have ANY syptoms, just a late period. Is it possible to be pregnant with no symptoms and negative tests? What should I do? (keep in mind that I don't have health insurance until the beginning of next month)

Im not sure what to do to end these battles? My son is 8, and doesnt listen in the morning and is VERY difficult. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the kids to listen and get moving in the morning? Also, how do you get your kids to go to bed on time? His bedtime is 9pm, and im VERY strict about that, but he chooses to lay awake in his bed until 11pm or so instead of going to sleep. I cant give him a sleeping pill! How can I make this easier on both of us? Im sick of yelling, im sure hes sick of hearing it, and sick of geting priveledges taken away when he doesnt listen. Nothing works! Any ideas?

Why is this legal? I know I know, it's too hard to stop girls from having a kids once pregnant, but seriously! When you go to an animal shelter (a good one) they make you fill out an application to ensure you'll be a good pet owner.

I mean, you can have kids before you're legally mature enough to drink! am I the only one who thinks this is a little out of proportion? drinking a beer (or a few too many and being dumb) is totally different than raising a human life! right?

I know there is no solution now, but if they came up with one what would you vote? I say at least 21 to have a kid.

my solution: when you're planning on having a kid (after you're 21) you apply and get approved based on common sense, parenting knowledge, financial situation, etc. Free condoms and birth control methods. Free abortions if needed. And a fine if you are under age and have a kid.

It seems like mini skirts are way to short for little girls, tube tops at 10? Even thoungs and tight fiting jeans, for the 13 year olds!

I'm 35 weeks pregnant, and had a Dr's appointment Tuesday. I asked my doctor about some problems I was having, but she was very vague with her answers. All she said was "that's normal" and told me she had other patients to see, and walked out of the room! It really pissed me off!

Anyways...I was wondering if any of you could help me...

The baby dropped about 2 weeks ago, and since then I've been sore all over! My belly, my crotch, my legs, everything! Also, I've been having really sharp pains in my vagina...

Are these symptoms normal at 35 weeks?
What is causing these pains/soreness?
Anyone else expierence this?
