i think children in need is good thing
i went on holiday as a kid thanks to children in need they did alot for me and my families.
but it would be interesting to know if or how much they have to pay the stars of the program and how the money is broken down at the end of the fund raising i.e what charities get what??
but at the end of the day its a good thing and we should support our home charities

There are strict laws governing the money-raising work that charities do, and that includes Children in Need. Sure, a lot of the celebrities get some publicity from it that may boost their profile, but all the money raised DOES go to children's charities.

Children in need as no one will benefit other than the kids. NO money goes in to the pockets of those taking part tonight. NOT even for admin purposes.

Don't be tight, it's a charity! One thing is bugging me though-they have raised millions of pounds for a great cause and poor old Pudsey still has a poorly eye!

Children In Need, of course. You don't think Terry Wogan would REALLY deprive the kids out of those funds, do you?

If you are refering to charities... you can check out all non-profit ones on-line at charityratings.org. All non-profit organizations have to have their records public.
