I dont get it... it's supposed to be the happiest times of their lives and yet SO many men cheat on their expecting wives...

for one thing the woman's body is going through alot of changes. once the woman starts to show (getting bigger) some men don't like it. there are times when a woman does want to have sex and the man feels left out. most men want sex all of the time and when it stops they feel cheated. and alot of times men want to experience sex with different woman. and some woman can not have sex while they are pregnant. but if you love your wife you will stay true to her

There's really no other way. You have to confront him. Just come right out and tell him. Just explain how everything is fishy, just like you told us, and if he's not cheating on her, then you want to know what he's doing. If you're stern and upfront with him, he should give you a straight answer. It might not hurt to have your boyfriend or a friend, or even your mother around in case he gets physical. I don't know the guy so I don't know if he's ever behaved physically, but certain circumstances do have a way of turning things around. If you want actual, physical proof, just tail him. Keep a friend or someone with a car available close by or at the house. The next time he says he's going to the video store, after he's left the house, follow him. Keep a-ways back, but enough where you can keep his car in sight. Then you'll be able to find out where and perhaps, who, he's going to. After that, you can confront him with what I said before. I'm a new P.I. and I would love to take the case, free of charge, but you live quite a bit away.

I have never heard of that one before. I think their are more good men out there than given are given credit. I especially cant see that one where the woman said only 5% dont do that. That is a little much, I cant see that many men not loving there wives and doing that.

Man i hate that, to me thats the worst time you could ever cheat on your girlfriend/wife. That is the most precious time for both of you and men are just dumb. Some men are just scared to be tied down, and most are just irresponsible and dont think of the painful consequences until its over. But there are a lot of good men out there who are not given enough credit im thankful my man is the best and has stayed by my side and not cheated on me...

Maybe the men figure that even if the woman found out she wouldn't leave him because they had a baby coming. And who wants to be a single mother? Not so much! It's sad that some men are more motivated by sex than love.

Most husbands/bf do not cheat on their expecting mothers. The cads who do, are immature excuses for men who feel that they can get by with it because at that time women are most inward forcused and because expecting mothers (no matter how smart and capable they are) are more needy at that time.

maybe the saying is true... meaning, perhaps men realy are, for the most part, comitment-phobic.
Having a baby will arrouse insecurities in even the strongest of soon-to-be fathers (i.e. do I make enough money?, am I a good enough man?, am I really in love with this woman?, am I ready for this). It makes the commitment look more like a daunting challenge than a meaningful experience.

If they cheat on expectant wifes they cheat all the time. Theres only about 5% of good men who actaully don't cheat. That makes me sick they can do that while mom is pregnant.

Probably because they aren't ready to be a parent and may not even want to be in the relationship at this point but they don't want to completely abandon the expecting mother and they feel like they have to stay with her now that they have this "connection".

WOW! I've never heard this before. But my guess would be that some men just don't find women's bodied attractive when they're pregnant. I guess I'm fortunate in the way that my husband loves my pregnant body!
