I am usuall y confeused with these two questions when it comes figuring out when is the best time to get pregnant or know when you are pregnant i.e when the conception took place.

they took blood work and it came out positive now they want me to take an amnio test but, no one in my family or my boyfriends family has down syndrome so im really concerned.

I just found out that i was 7 weeks pregnant on Nov 1st and before that i was conusuming alcohol but now i stopped drinking any alcohol or any caffeinated drink ever since i found out and before that i stopped drinking since i started feeling nauseated and the cause of morning sickness. I never really got drunk.... Will it affect the baby? I'm worried i might of harmed the unborn baby...

I have been with my bf for almost 5 years. I have 2 kids from my ex husband. My boyfriend recently moved in almost 2 months ago. Rules at home have changed for my boys for the better. My bf keeps on top of them so they dont get out of hand. He punishes them for telling lies and doing bad in school. Which I agree. I sometimes get torn because I know he is doing the right thing but it hurts me to see my 7 and 9 yr old getting punished and crying. He doesnt hit them. I just need some great words to get me thru today.

I'm going to a baby shower on Friday. My husband’s brother’s girlfriend. Anyway, we are pretty tight on money since we just got married and bought a house. We wanted to get her something off her registry that was in the $20-30 range. All they registered for was really expensive things! Like car seats and strollers?! What happened to bibs and onesis? Were you upset when receiving things not on your registry? Because I'm thinking of getting her a cute outfit. I'm sorry, but I'm not buying her a 99-dollar baby monitor!

so my sister in law is having twin boys this january and its really exciting. the only thing is, is that they already have 2 kids a boy and a girl, they are going to be big helpers i am sure but twins are going to be a lot of work. does anyone have any suggestions on things to be prepaired for?

My husband have been trying for a year to get pregnant. I have had to miscarraiges Dec 05 and June 06. We have sex every other night, someone told me that helps build up the sperm. I have been taking OPK to see when I am ovulating and I have not had a positive in 3 months. Last month I had a hermage cyst on my left ovary. I have another appointment with my doctor this Friday since I am still having some ovarian discomfort.

My question is what are my options on getting pregnant? If I don't have PCOS would I still be put on Clomid? Do I want to be on Clomid? Anyone who has had similar issues or knowledge please help.

my son love me a lot but now a days he use to cry for all thigs he speaks very loudly hegive me very blunt answer for eg.if u can shout and speak i can also cry and shout at u he is just 4 he does not like colouring he just like to play and watching t.v to get his demand to be fullfilled he use to cry and shout he is not ready to listern to u if u shout at him to be quite he says that iam angry actually he is alonad e kid at home i m very depressed with his this kind of nature as such he enjoyllig school but he does not want to go to school he is very intelligent has sharp memory pl help me so that i can cope up with him

I am due March 20th with a little boy and we have been trying to find a name we both like... We finally think we found one we like the name Tristan we want to spell it Trystan. We asked others and everyone liked it but some say it's girlie, I looked it up on many of the baby names websites and it is always under boys names and means bold warrior. What's a good mousse or gel for a kid's hair (boy - 7 yrs old)? The person that cuts his hair just told me to try different products and I don't want to blow a lot of money on crappy products. I was feeling nausea for the past two weeks and then the final week i got sick in the mourning once alot and still feel nausea after words. So i went out got a pregnancy test which had two in it i took the first one and it shows two line which is positive and then i wiated till the mourning to take the other one cause they said that is you take in mourning it detect yout HCG higher and i topok that one and it was positive too. So is it saying that i am pregnant i am sopposed to start period this week its been two days have till friday and not then do you all think i am with the pregnancy test showing positive on both?

First off I am not "that mom" that thinks her child is perfect and never does anything wrong. We are really close with our next door neighbors,our sons are only 5 months apart and are best buddies. The past few months there has been a shift in their sons behavior and attitude and he is completely unbearable to be around. He is sneaky and mean and says horrible things to my son. For instance if they are playing catch and my son catches the ball one time and theirs doesn't he will tell my son that he is mean and that they aren't friends anymore unless my son tells him he's sorry 100 times. Or when my son was talking about the TV show 2 Stupid Dogs the friend buts in and says "that is a bad word and Santa isn't going to bring you presents now because you are bad." And the friend watches that show too! In the morning carpool he tells the other kids to be quiet and he will give them candy or pizza while he runs his mouth telling them how bad they are. What can I do?
