Do I have the option of declining an ultrasound? Or at least asking them to turn the screen to where I can't see it?

She steals her sisters pocket money, raids the piggy banks and skims my pockets and handbag.
Her dad caught her with £2 the other weekend and she told 6 different stories, got her mate involved in her lies and daughter refuses to pick phone up and say sorry.
She had her dvd and ps2 taken away, tonight will be the tv. She vehemently denied taking anything and blamed her sister....then she says that she'll give it back out of her pocket money this weekend (open admission then)
I don't give her pocket money, as she does absolutely nothing around here to 'earn' it. Her dad gives her pocket money but he has barred her from pocket money for 3 weeks, due to her telling some vicious lies and not showing any remorse for anything.

Any ideas? Her therapist says she's on her way to a conduct disorder and that she has ODD oppositional defiant disorder.
What else can I do, apart from a swift kick up the backside?
Am at my wits end.
Thanks for your help/advice....muchly apreciated!

my son is 16 months old and is still biting younger children. after complaining enough he finally got moved over to the toddler area! they wanted me to wait until he was 18 months! but my son was 10lb 3 oz 22 in AT BIRTH! so he already had a good start on most of the kids at his state ran daycare! he has been there since he was 7wks so they KNOW my son! I have done everything @ home to the point my son RARELY bites! only when he is mad or is beyond excited. At daycare he does it out of frustration and anger! I feel at times they dont challenge him educationally wise and he gets very bored! People keep on saying that he will grow out of it but he has been doing it since he was 10 months or so! maybe earlier! and the crazy part is that at times they dont even inform me!!!

I live on a 3rd floor apartment and, until recently, the apartment below me was empty. I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 16 month old who love to run, jump and play.

My boys aren't ridiculously noisy, but they do occasionally get a "while hare" up their butts and do their "dizzy run" as I call it. Otherwise the noise they make is average--walking, playing with trucks, (occasionally dropping one on the floor).

We recently had a downstairs neighbor move in, and this past Sat. night (moving day) she was hanging pictures at 9:00 p.m. My boys go to bed at 9:00 and get up about 7:00 a.m.). My husb. went down and nicely asked the lady to please stop hanging pictures on the wall as we're trying to put our kids to bed. She said, "Are you f'ing kidding me? Your kids were up and running around at 7:00 this morning and woke me up. I'll do what I want!

Any suggestions? I don't want to limit their physical activity--they NEED to run and play. I refuse to make them whisper and (cont.)

Okay seriously, hubby and I were at the movie theater the other weekend, watching SAW III (it was great btw!), and as we were exiting, I saw this lady carrying a baby in a carrier. I was shocked - I mean of all movies to take a kid to - SAW III. Hubby laughed at me and said 'hey that's the best age, they won't remember anything'. Maybe I'm old fashioned but I can't believe someone would bring a baby to that movie. But hubby says I'm over reacting.

Do you think that 21 is too young to have a baby? I turn 21 this month. Me and my fiance have decided to try and conceive. We are financially stable, I have always wanted kids, and I raised my niece and nephew when I was still in high school so I know the full time reponsibility of raising a baby. My mom is mad at me though and said that I am too young. I dont want to have a baby when I am older I want to be young enough to enjoy all of life with my baby. What do you think? Thanks.

I'm 13, my breasts are a bit more developed than those of most girls my age. My mom worries a lot about me and my health and makes me wear bras like in this site http://www.anita.com/de/en/0,1,104,1478,39236__products-detail.htm I don't like it, it has 4 hooks in the back and makes me sweat. But my mom was firm. I did everything to talk her out of those bras, even fought her sometimes but didn't succeed. I gave up fighting, after all she's a wonderful mom and I don't want to damage our relationship, though I think she goes overboard and this makes me mad. So, I've been wearing those bras just like she told me.
But I envy those girls who go braless. Her breasts are free and mine under those bras. Ok, I know mom makes me wear them out f love, but I really gota wear them except in bed and when I take a shower. It's her law. How can I get used to them? Sometimes I think about taking them off when she's not around, but I promised her I'll never do this.
