go see the dr and make sure you are both in good shape to reproduce. he needs to have his sperm count checked.
if all is good then start having sex every other day starting the 10th day after your period starts and continue until you start again. do nothing for the 10 days to let him build up some little soldiers.
one time my woman and I had sex 7 times in 24 hours. I was dead for three days after that and then she got pregnant.
whatever works

the best time to try to conceive is 10 to fourteen days after the first day of your last period. for instance in you got your last period November 2nd, you should try from about the november 12th - 16th. this is when most females ovulate, especially if they have a regular 28 day cycle. good luck

The best is to know when you ovulate. You can buy kits to help that or track your temps and watch for your pattern. You should try to get busy every other day.... to insure sperm rejuvanation.
Get married and ask you OB.. they should be able to tell you more.

The comedian Benny Hill would say "Put another man on the job."
First, marry the fiance.
Second, have your husband wear boxers; roomier underwear that're cooler.
Third, keep trying.
Fourth, go to a fertility specialist and have your husband's, um, sperm motility checked.
