Is this your sister that you are refferring to? The same one you asked about 20 minutes ago, saying "My sister has not had a period in a year can she still get pregnant?"?
If she hasn't had a cycle in that long, she should have been at the doctor 10 months ago. Yes, there is always a possibility of getting pregnent through intercourse - that is the end goal of the act - go to a doctor.

Yes. Get a home pregnancy test. They work well. I used the First Response and found out I was pregnant at only 3 weeks. There is one on the market now that is supposed to detect pregnancy at less than a week.

is she pregnant for sure or are you asking if she can be pregnant even though she spotted... if so then the spotting could mean implantation bleeding and she should get a pregnancy test and if she was already pregnant and was spotting then i would go to the doctor she might have had a misscariage

Just because you've spotted does not mean you are not pregnant. Did a doctor tell you you were pregnant? If so, you need to go to the hospital and find out what is causing the spotting, if you value the life inside of you.

It is still possible.
The Uterus will sometimes lose a little blood when the egg implants.
You should wait to see if sshe gets her full period and if not get a pregnancy test
