If it is a home pregnancy test you will see results in a matter of 10 minutes or less, if over 10 minutes discard because it could give false results. If it is a test done by the doctor it could take a couple of days.

no you cant' wait a couple days to see results if the first result is neg. if the result says positive you can keep it cuz it won't change.... you see the results in a matter of min usually like 3-5. but make sure you read it right when i took mine the second line was really faint and the first one was in the opp direction then the one on paper. so i through it away well like 5 min later i was lookin at t eh paper and was like OMG! got the test out of the trash and closley looked at the faint like and realize it WAS there. i took another test the next morning and sure enough i am preg!

Well it usually says on the box how long to wait. Usually it's a minute to 3 minutes and disgard any results recieved after 10 minutes. I do know that there is no test that makes you wait a couple of days for a result.
Good Luck to you!!!

You get results with three minutes for the home pregnancy tests. After a certain amount of time they are no longer reliable, a couple days, no. You can get them quite quickly at a Drs office also.

Most are in 3 minutes. If you wait days it could change the result on some of them.

results will show within 3 min. You should not read the test after 10 min. Its in the FAQ's that come with the insert in the packet.

You have to check within the time frame given in the directions. If it says do not read after 10 minutes, don't read it after 10 minutes.

Any time longer than what the test states is a false reading. You need to repeat the test with a new stick.
