has anyone experienced a white discharge during pregnancy? If so, is it harmful? Do i need 2 c a doctor?

It is always good to see a doctor about anything that concerns you during pregnancy (why take the risk). However, I have also found an article for you which discusses this very issue (discharge during pregnancy) - see the source box below.

Completly normal it is called Leukorrhea, usually starts pretty early in pregnancy like 7 weeks and gets heavier. If it is yellow or has an odor call you doctor because it could be a bacterial infection.

It is normal, you are pregnant and your body is letting out discharge and it white, if it was a yellowish colour then you would need to see your doctor about it. If you still feel un sure call your doctor so they can ease your mind .

Congrats on your pregnancy!! It's hormonal you will have alot of discharge ..If you are itchy and it has a funny odor call your doctor. But heavy discharge is normal.

If your worried or unsure the best thing to do is mention it to your midwife. It is probably all fine and you do have more discharge when pregnant, midwife's are use to being asked these questions and its best to get things checked now instead of leaving it, it could be nothing but lead to something if its not checked.
