Pregnancy & Parenting - 25 October 2006

I have no idea how to deal with feeling so insecure around my husband because I am pregnant... this is my second pregnancy and I NEVER felt this way the first time around.
I don't feel good enough... pretty enough... I'm in tears everytime I think my husband might think another woman is attractive. It is really quite ridiculous. I have never in my life felt so insecure... I realize that being pregnant is making me quite emotional, but this is making me insane... I am 32 weeks pregnant and want to love and embrace my changing body... but I find myself ashamed to even be naked in front of my husband.
Has anyone else felt this way?
How did you deal with it?
Please help me!!!!!!!!!

I am 5 weeks pregnant with my bi-racial baby. I'm not sure if having a bi-racial baby will put the baby in higher risk for complications. Is anyone educated on this?? Please explain. Thank you very much :)

I feel pregnant? so i went to the clintic and got urine tests? First one came out Positive they did another one thinking they messed up that one came out negative. I went two weeks later and they did another one and it came out negative. So i took a blood test, was it the right time to do a blood test. Can i still be pregnant since i had 2 negative tests? I have not reseved my blood results yet? Some one plese help???!!!!!!

To drive a car you have to provide "Proof of financial responsibility" It is my belief that to have children, a woman or a couple should have to provide similar proof of financial resposibility.I often hear of couples, but usually single mothers complaining that they can't afford the basic needs and that our tax $$ should pay for them. What do you think?

I have been taking ovulation kits to know when I will be ovulating and for the past 5 days, the tests have shown the LH surge. The directions explain that you are supposed to surge one or maybe two days in a row each month. Why am I surging for 5 days!! Does that just mean I am extremely fertile? I was recently pregnant and gave birth at 16 weeks pregnant in July. I know that women are more fertile after being pregnant or giving birth. Is this the reason for this?? Thanks!!

I am 4.5 weeks pregnant, and I have some lower back aches (I dont usually get back aches) and I had very light spotting bleeding this morning. I had cramping the last few days prior to the spot bleeding this morning, but someone told me it could be my uterus expanding. I googled and read a articles about miscarriages, and they said that some women spot bleed during pregnancy. Cramping was a symptom and no mention of backache. Is this something I should worry about? Has someone else experienced this before?

I went for my first ultrasound today. Doctor estimated I was 5 wks, 5days, by using the first day of my last period. I used an ovulation kit that said I was ovulating on the 30th of September, so I either concieved two days before or the day of is what I'm guessing. So that would put me somewhere around only three and a half or 4 weeks right? My question is that when the Dr. did the ultrasound he found the sac with the fetal pole but wasn't able to find the fetal echo or pulse (I'm assuming that is the heartbeat and the right names for it) He told me not to worry that it's very early in the pregnancy and may be just to early to pick it up.I'm really freaking out though now becasue I already had one miscarriage that ended at 8 wks and I'm afraid this one will too. If anyone had this happen to them before, please write back and let me know if and when you finally were able to detect the heartbeat. Maybe it is too early to detect, but that still don't ease the mind of not really knowing.

i personally am against it due to my religious beliefs. however i naturally believe it should all be planned out to prevent any damage or problems.

I found out that I am 5 weeks pregnant. 2 days ago I had cramping and I got scared, so I went to the emergency room. They did an ultra sound on me and said that everything looks normal, and there is a cyst on my ovary. They say this feeds the baby until the cord forms, but my sister who is a nurse says it's not called a cyst it's something else. SOMEONE help me!! :)

my son is 8 and a half months old ...and this morning, i gave him his usual 8 ounce bottle of formula then after he was finished, he wanted more...so i gave him another 2 ounces so 10 ounces all together he had...is that too much?? Well I been with my boyfriend for about 4 1/2 years. Well for the last three months. We had only had sex three times in the last three months. He is a police officer and he says he is aways tired. I mean I do everything for this guy and I ask him for just one thing and can't do it..Do you think that he has another girl or is not wanting to be with me anymore. I had talked with him about it and he just keeps on telling me that I am just taking this way beyond. I told him if he wanted to be freinds to tell me. My husband stayed home with our 2 yr old daughter yesterday, and he called me at work to tell me that while he was fixing her breakfast she went into my sons desk and found some safety scissors and cut her hair. I came home and she has a mullet. I mean she looks like JOE DIRT! I was very proud of her hair. I had not cut the back ever and she had pretty curls. Now I have to take her to a salon and see what they can do with it, but I am sure it is going to have to be a pixie style. Please tell me my daughter is not the only child who has done this!

Details of Violation: (my post) I hope so, some of the posts on here are insane, especially ones regarding kids. This one guy posted about messing with his 6 yr old niece, I posted how sick it was and then reported him... next thing I know, the guy emailed me asking to mess with my niece! I hope they are at least monitering it, seems a lot of sickos come on here, maybe they could at least get the ip addresses and track down some of these freaks!

I have twin two year olds. We just recently put them in "big kid" beds, and for a good 3 weeks they've slept in to about 8:00am.

Lately though they are waking up at 6:30am, when it is still pitch black outside. They open their door, which wakes us up, and try to get out, but there is a gate there to stop them. They are very happy at this time, and usually are quiet with just a few giggles. Regardless, this is way to early for children to be up in our household.

Does anyone have any ideas about how I can encourage my children to sleep in? I've been waking up and tucking them back in bed, but this doesn't work, as they're back up in 10-15 minutes.

Help! The time changes next week, which means they'll be up at 5:30 am!!

ok the first day of my last period was oct. 2 and i had unprotected sex on oct. 23. and it says i would have ovulated between 12-17 but now that i have had sex there is ALOT of clear/whiteish discharge.. that smells alitle funny lol! but b4 the unprotective sex i didnt have any! could this be a sign? or should i not worry. i also gave birth 4 months ago and i was also wondering if you are more likely to get pregnant the second time around and this soon after i gave birth please help!
