Please help, I am trying to convince my husband but it every one hates it I wont name my girl that!!

Okay I just started my first ever period today, and Im really shy and discreet about things, and my mom has a big mouth and likes to blab personal things to people. So I was wonder how can I tell my mom that I started my first period, and how do I ask her that I want to try using tampons. Also how do I ever talk to her about sex when Im ready for it, and about getting condoms and so on. remember Iam a very shy and discreet girl so it makes things a little tougher when communicating with my parents especially my mom.

It has been 14 days since I was supposed to start and I have not. I have taken a home pregnancy test and it says no. I have one child that was born almost 4 years ago. It took me years to concieve him and I have been trying since him and have been unsucessful, so this would be a miracle if I was. I just dont get why no period and no positive pregnancy results

My little girl that is 3, throws the worst tantrums, screams and yells and hits. I try to put her in time out, but she continues to scream and yell. I try to talk to her calmly but she can't even hear what I am saying because she is so loud. I can't win. Any suggestions would be helpful!

This may be a wierd question but please help! Ok, so April 21 I messed around with a guy but we didnt have sex (we both had been drinking) I wasnt ovulating and I started my period the next day. I took 2 urine tests at the doctor and a blood test. All were negative. I would be almost 27 weeks pregnant if I was pregnant. The reason I am worried is because my stomach looks as if it is getting bigger. I have been having normal periods and everything. Am I just gaining a little bit of weight or do you think I still could be pregnant?

I don't mean this in a nasty or snide way at all it's just something that makes me curious and I wonder how many people have thought the same thing.

Why do you think so many women ask questions on here along the lines of: "I'm 4 days late. Could I be pregnant?" or comment on the sypmtoms they are having and ask the same sort of thing. Do you wonder why they ask us instead of just doing a test?

Again, I'm just wondering if you've thought the same thing. I'm not being nasty. Anybody can ask what they like.

My son is healthy for a 9 1/2 month old. We are going out of the country on November 1st for 1 1/2 month. The last visit to the pediatrian, he got 1 of the 2 flu shots. Since we are leaving sooner than 1 month, the doctor agrees to give him the 2nd shot 19 days after his first flu shot. We haven't gone to the 2nd shot yet, I was just wondering if I should or not. Isn't it supposed to be 1 month apart. Now, he will be getting his second shot 19 days after his first. Is it going to harm him in any way? If not, how come infants were supposed to get 2 flu shots with 1 month apart in the first place. I don't know if I should give him the 2nd shot so soon or I should just get him his 2nd shot when I go oversea?

My cousin told me today that her 5 month old daughter weighs 19 lb. and 3 oz. she said her doctor told her she was in the 100th percentile. I was thinking that a baby her age shouldn't weigh that mush maybe like 15-17 lb. I was 20 lb. at 1 yr.! Were trying to see whose right. what do u think?

She's only 7 months old and i think she's bored but also she looks sad sometimes 'cause i'll be wanting to sleep or just stay in the house a lot or i'll be on the computer or phone but it helps to keep my mind off of things a little which helps me not feel so depressed.But i want to play with my daughter a lot more than i do but it's hard to cater to her every second of the day when she can't do much yet and i feel so unhappy about life.What can i do about this?I love my baby and i want to enjoy my time with her more but if i don't have some time for myself i will go crazy!!!

How long after takin the pill for the very first time can you have sex and will be effective so the woman wont get pregnant?
heard and read lots saying
A) str8 away after taking pill
B) after 7 days
C) after taking 3 sachets that like 2 months after
D) only works if body accept the pill

How do u know if it accepts it?
also heard pill may not work if ur not well. not very reliable is it, how do u know when its going to work?

some1 tell me good news i hope it works str8 away lol :P but be honest. lol

my friend is due any day now. is there any way to speed things up a little bit? she went to the doctor last wednesday and her doctor said her cervix was softened and that she was dilated to a 2 and that if things go right she would have her in a day or 2 and it has been like 4 or 5 but ne ways we are trying to think of things that would help move things along. we are fully aware that she will come when she is ready but can we speed up the process, please?
