people should have as many children they can adequately/comfortably , house, feed, clothe, medical insurance and college educate. I have 3 and the 4th on the way. If a person can show affection and continuous attention around the clock then go for it!

I have 3 children and try to make sure I am there for them when they need me. I help with homework and support them in whatever sport or interest that they have. I did think about having a forth child but am glad I didnt as I really would not want to spread myself any thinner. I dont believe any parent can do a good job with 22 children, but I guess it is their choice as long as they dont sponge off the government. I think anywhere from 1 to 4 kids would be okay as long as you can afford them and are prepared to put in the time.

Despite the jokes that free condoms should be given to stupid or ugly people, I don't believe anyone should dictate how many children is right.

In japan they are limited to 2 kids because of over crowding, and in some drought blighted countries there is no luxury of birth control, while in others they are encouraged to have more by the state. The nuclear family is 2.4 children.. i guess that means 2 kids with one on the way

would you like to be told your choice has been taken away or frowned upon for your decision?

if you dont have to queue in the dole line every week and you can give each child the right ammount of social and emotional support that they need, then it would be acceptable to have as many children as you wanted!!

from what ive read the family with 22 kids are sponging of the social and how can you divide your time with 22 kids to give each of them the support they need?
it might as well be called child labour cos they are using their kids to get more money!!
pathetic excuse for parents!

i think that 4 kids is good, 2 of each..i would like 4 one day!!

However many they can afford and, also be able to love and nurture. It takes more than money to raise a child. If there's too many they wouldn't get the attention they need from their parents. I would think the older kids would be taking care of the younger ones, and I don't think that's really healthy for either of the the kids, younger or older.

I have 3 children and would like another !!!

However, I know I wouldn't be able to afford the up bring of another child at present.

I feel people should have as many children as they want too, as long as they can afford to support the child, have a stable home life and can offer lots of love & care for the child. !!!

I think that a couple should have as many little miracles as they want, as long as the children are loved and supported financially. My great grandmother had 17 kids!

It's not up to us how many we want , Each one of us is a precious gift from God and should be treated as such children are not commodities of society to gain more income for the parents, and God will only give you what he knows you can manage. If you are struggling then ask him for help and advise.

How ever many they can afford and however many they want as long as they're managing them, looking after them, giving them what they need and most importantly not scrounging off the state!
