I actually have the same question, I've even got a bigger tummy. I get my regular period. So It's a question for the doctor. I know you can have your periods and still have a kid, its not something that is rare or anything. The best thing is talk to your doctor. My friend went through this, and she didnt know she was pregnent until she went to the hospital for cramps and two weeks alter she had a girl lol.. It was wierd we all couldnt tell she was pregnent.

You can still have your first few periods and be pregnant. There are times when a woman has them for months and is still pregnant. That doesn't mean you are, stress and many other things can cause late minst. periods, and headaches. Best thing for you to do is after you off , take a test. Stay away from things that could harm a potential baby until you know for sure. If you must go to the doctor. Good luck, and be safe.

I had the same symptons when I was pregnant. I had my period for 2 months when I was pregnant. The only way I even figured it out was that they lasted 2 days and was really light. If your not pregnant though it sounds like symptons of diabetes, go to a doctor and get it checked out

Other than a little spotting the first month, called 'implantation bleeding,' I never had a regular period when I was pregnant. A girl I know, though, had a regular five-day period up until she was in her fifth month...THEN she started getting sick, and thought she had the flu. She went in to her regular doc, and he happened to give her a pregnancy test (thankfully).

A link to a page about implantation bleeding is provided below, and it has a lot of details (how it looks, when it could happen, as well as about home pregnancy tests, and the symptoms/signs of pregnancy. I hope it helps you!!

well, my mother had periods for the first few months during 3 of her 5 pregnancies. If you think you may be pregnant, take a test. If your far enough along to have symptoms then you are fair enough (most likely) to test. Also, for me, symptoms of pregnancy we a lot like the flu, so don't freak just yet.

Sure. My friend was 3 months pregnant before she even knew. She was having a "period" so she didn't think she was but due to other symptoms took a pregnancy test and it was positive. She went to her doctor to confirm. He did an ultrasound and she found out she was almost in her second trimester!
