my 3 yearold when hes told to do something he starts hitting people espeacialy my 7 year old ive had a word with my health visitor and she said sitting him on the stairs for 5 minutes it doesnt work oh he also gets dla for his problem can any one help

When does a baby turn into a toddler (age or milestone?) and when does it stop being a toddler(age or milestone)?

I've been on many sites and it seems that I got all the signs. I had some lower ab cramps (now gone), neasua, moody, need the washroom more, hungry more, dizzy, morning sickness (more in the evening). The works!
The thing is, I'm not 100% sure. Do I feel like I am? Yea I do. My last period was rather weak. I'm gonna take a test but was wondering what my chances are. My partner and I have intercourse everyday. I don't use the pill and we don't use anything else to protect ourselfs. Could this be all in my head, or could I be pregnant?

he cries when he doesnt get his way, he like begs until he gets his way, i just dont understand. and he disrespects my mom, makes her mad, and the whole family, but i love him so much, get angry sometimes and toss him around(dont hurt em too bad) and i feel like **** that night, then repeat...how should i fix this chaotic kid. It seems im always the one getting yelled at, hit, and blamed by my mom, she always believes the first thing he says, then runs at me, and wont let me say crap , im tired of it. please give some good advice.

I am b/fing my 12 month old and my periods returened briefly a while ago but very iregular.
I haven't had a period in the last 4 months, but I don't know hwether thats just normal for breastfeeding
I haven't noticed any increase in weight/abdomen size but I feel sick and tired and thirsty all the time.
I took a pregnancy test a couple of weeks ago but it didn't work properly it was very faint.
Any advice?

to keep the human race going so why time upon time, do people make mothers feel bad for taking maternity pay, needing time of work for childrens illnesses etc....

And as for people 'sponging of the state', the 'state' needs to support families or people would stop having kids!

Thats my rant over...!

Also before you judge my position I am a happily married mother, worker and home owner reciving no state benifits! Thats becasue I've been lucky - others aren't.

ive been the pill for 1 1/2 years ive never missed any then in september i went to the doctors with bad headaches and the doctor gave me antibiotics i took them for one day which was my pill free week now i ended my pill in october but no period my bodys changed ive taken two pregnancy test but negative i have two boys already so know my own body just wondered if any one else have had this problem

My wife took an EPT Pregnancy test yesterday, and after waiting 5 minutes for the results, she went back in there and looked. . . . it showed negative. Then a few minutes later, she went back and looked again, and the positive line was just barely visible. Is she pregnant?

okay I was texin sumone and all of asudden I fele this like KICK! I read the question earlier about their older baby and I was wondering if at 10 months she bangs my head on my forehead and moves it a lot, when shes trying to sleep or what not, and then when shes trying to crawl too. Sometimes she rams her forehead right into my forehead kind of hard.
She does this everyday at least 5 or 6 times. It HURTS.
I wonder if it is just normal or what I should do?

The vomit is a pale yellow with it looks like little bits of formula. Its about an ounce each time it she has done it 3 times in the past 2 days. I am worried. !!
It does not look like normal spitup, which would be formula!

my friend had an abortion 6 months ago.
her mom forced her into it,
dragged her into the clinic.

ever since,
all my friend does is cry.
she drinks excessively,
cuts herself,
wants to kill herself,
runs around drunk asking about her aborted son.

her mom just sits there,
tell her to stop crying,
that she has nothing to cry about.
she is pretending nothing has happened.

she knows what my friend is doing to herself,
yet does nothing.

is this considered neglect?
i want to help my friend,
and if that means calling CPS,
i will.

i just want to be sure before i call that it is neglect or at least mental and/or emotional abuse

Well me and my ex broke up like w eeek and a hlaf goe about twoo weeks before we had sex unprotected adn then we had sex protected after I got my period. Friday night I slept with this guy and we had unprotected sex and he went in me and then sat night we had unprotected sex threee times and he went in me all three times!!! Could I be pregnant? My 19th month old has started to hit and bang his head on the floor to the point where he has given himslef a bruise on his forehead. He continues to do it even though he has bruised himself. He mostly does it when he is mad or frustrated but sometimes he will just do it with out a noticable reason. We are looking into getting him a helmet to protect his little head.

I recently had done 2 pregnancy tests which both came up positive. About a week later i had some bleeding and was advised to go to the hospital for a scan. They could find no traces of a fetus and did a test which came up not pregnant. I am now very confused and embarressed. Was i pregnant or not - has anyone else had this happen.

I have a baby who is almost 11 months. I would like to wean her because she now has 4 teeth (that she likes to use while nursing sometimes!) and because I am now 10 weeks pregnant and want to have a break in between nursing this baby and our next baby. The problem is she doesn't like bottles and hasn't really figured out a sippy cup or at least not enough to really drink any volume of liquid from it. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get her drinking a bottle or using a sippy cup sooner than later? I will happily nurse her for another couple of months but the sooner I can wean her the better. Thanks for any ideas or suggestions that might have worked for you!
