The game should help the children learn something (anything, can be about fruits & vegs, numbers, animals, nursery songs, etc).
The game should also allow the children to PARTICIPATE actively.
Can be a type of activity game or gadgets.
Any kind of idea is welcome =)

I never had bushy eyebrows to start with, and I dont pluck them at all - in fact I never really plucked them, but now they are really quite thin. I have not lost any hair apart from quite abit of my eyebrows and I am quite worried that they wont grow back again. Is it due to the pregnancy hormones and if so, then how come it happened now and not after I give birth?

Me nad my husband having be tryong to concieve a baby and i think it has happened i feel sick and my nipples are sore and my breast are sore. i got a very light period i didnt have to use a tampoon or a pad. well my husband wants to have sex and i have just not have been instered in it. he says i dont want to becuz i got what i wanted out of him but that isnt true. i love him right to death. but i just have not been into it should i just give it to him to shut him up and becuz i love him and just give it to him or just not until we both can enjoy and not just one of us?????

He is turning 2 by end of this yr. Went for his dev. check up and was suspected that he could be in the category of ASD. He has not spoken a word but he shows affection. The doc said that he may also be developmentally delayed and he is weak in his self help skills( due to his grandparents who pampered him) and he does not really know how to play (i'm not so sure abt this part as when she assessed him cooking toys were given to him. i had never give him any utensils bec i got the mindset that only girls would play that. By the way he loves to play stacking and ball). Will 1 to 1 or group programme is good for him? He will be diagnose again when he is 30mth by then she said that diagnosis should be more accurate. but i ever come across a child who start to talk when he turn 36mth? Are there cases where the diagnosis are wrong? I'm hoping that he is not autistic.

I have 3 daughters,ages 7,4 and 3.I read how parents advice other parents not to leave their kids alone,because of strangers.Well,people,I have to go out and leave the kids alone at home and I think a simple lock on the door will be effective enouth and a lot cheaper than a baby-sitter every time I need to go out.Why don't you just buy locks for your doors and stop living like in a cave where everyone(criminals too) can enter?

Has anyone seen the news lately regarding children with ear infections... that a majority of ear infections are wrongly treated with anti biotics (doctors are too quick to prescribe them) and that they should be given time to heal on their own?

I ask because my 22 month old daughter has a double ear infection. Shes showing now signs of it and i was shocked she was diagnosed with it yesterday. She is a tough child to get meds into and shes on anti-biotics twice a day for the next 10 days.

What are your thoughts or experiences with this?

i took the 1st pill of my new pack late (does it count as late if its the 1st?) more than 12 hours after i normally do. then took the next 2 on time, then stopped taking them as we decided to try for a baby, have been having sex since, including a week away on our honeymoon ;-) problem is i'm not sure when my period is due, ive been on the pill for 7 years and was initailly put on it by my dr because of extremely irregular periods. the late pill was taken on 28th sept and last pill on oct 1st. been feeling a little odd lately but not sure if its anticipation. my mum got pregnant really easily with me and my sister, is it wishful thinking that it could be hereditary?!
basically i'm wondering when i will know if i'm pregnant - obviously the arrival of a period will tell me i'm not but how long should i wait before taking a test? i dont want to disappoint my self getting all excited about doing a test if i'm doing it too early

Will you raise them to be strong independent women? To not rely on anyone to take care of them and to always stand up for themselves? Or are you teaching them to bow down to their men (subconciously) and always need someone at their side to feel complete?

I only ask this because I worry about my own children. My mother didn't raise me to be that way but here I am, bowing down to a man and my daughter sees me bust my as* waiting on him hand and foot because this is what he expects me to do and she wants to "help" me out. I want her to know she is an individual and at no time in her life should she ever feel as if she needs a man to make her complete nor should she have to sacrifice everything to take care of one.....

Why in the hell do parents get locked up for disciplining their kids, (and I don't mean child abuse), but locked up if u don't control them 2? My son just turned three months yesterday and for the past couple of days he has been a real pain to get to sleep. He has cried for about an hour and a half before finally falling asleep (and thats with me rocking him, talking to him, trying everything).

Before, he was such a quiet baby. Never cried unless he was hungry or wanted some attention, that's why at first I had no idea what was wrong.

Lately he has been drooling a lot and biting on his thumb and whole hand. (He never sucked his thumb before and wouldnt take a pacifier.)

I can feel little teeth on his gums, but they are not visible yet. I gave him baby tylenol last night at six thirty, and still at eight thirty he was screaming and screaming. There was no calming him except walking around and patting him and letting him gnaw on his hand.

Finally, my fiance went to get some orajel and about twenty minutes later he went to sleep. But I heard that giving them orajel all the time is not good (and the bottle said not
