First of all, after sex try to elevate your buttocks with your knees bent, this will keep so much semen from leaking out. Second, even though it looks like a lot of it comes out afterwards, there is still about a million sperm that had already began to swim up. Third, if you dont get pregnant dont get disappointed because it takes a while for some women, there is a small percentage of women that actually get pregnant when they first begin trying. Wait for your period and if it doesnt come go buy an HPT, if it says negative wait about another week and take another. Still no period or positive test go get a blood test done from a doctor. I dont know how common this is but my sister couldnt get a positive urine test even at six months pregnant. Good luck. I hope this helps you.

If you are trying to get pregnant then you are doing the right thing, you may not understand how it all works though. That "stuff" that you say is leaking out is called semen, and in that semen are millions of little sperm. After you are done having sex, some of that semen and sperm stays inside you while the rest comes out. It only take one of those millions of sperm to get you pregnant, so it's OK if all of the semen does not stay inside. Some women who are trying to get pregnant will put a pillow under their butt to elevate the pelvis after sex to keep the semen inside longer and prevent it from leaking out right away. But it is important to understand that all the semen and sperm will not stay inside you, it just doesn't work that way. Just keep doing what you are doing and you should get pregnant in no time. I also recommend seeing a OB-GYN doctor so that you can start taking pre-natal vitamins (for women wanting to be pregnant) and they could probably offer you advice on when the best time is to conceive, etc. Good luck!

Just plain old gravity honey. Women have been getting pregnant since time began and it has never interferred. All it takes is for one of those little guys to get where it is going and believe me they are well on their way by the time you stand up! If standing up thwarted sperm it would be the number one form of birth control on the planet! You would have women jumping up and running around right after sex...lol....
If it worries you though I have heard of women who were instructed to tuck a pillow under their hips and lie still for a half an hour or so after making love. This advice is for women who are having trouble concieving for one reason or another. It couldn't hurt.
Remember to relax and have fun. That baby will happen when the time is right.
Blessings to you.

Lying on your back after sex, with your hips tilted upwards and knees raised, will allow the semen to remain inside longer. However, this is not really necessary. The initial contact of the semen with the cervix is sufficient to get you pregnant -- the sperm are mighty fast swimmers!!

And, yes, it is normal for the excess to leak out. Just clean it up afterwards and don't worry about it.

Oh yes, you can still defintely get pregnant. Sperm reaches your eggs in seconds once he comes in you. The sperm that leaks out is the "bad" sperm. But try laying down with a pillow under your buttocks to elevate you for 30 minutes after sex. Also, with a man on top makes the sperm go in better than you on top which it can leak out. but like i said, it reaches your eggs in seconds, what leaks out is what isnt needed. Ive learned from experience! Good luck!

Yes, it's possible, but since you're trying to get pregnant, afterward lay on your back with a pillow under your hips for 1/2 hour. It will get the stuff going in the direction you want.

There are so many sperm in him, when he lets a load out inside you, there may be SOME that escape, but a million more are staying in there. Just keep trying, sometimes it can take a while, but don't get discouraged, IT WILL HAPPEN. I'll keep you two in my prayers and wish the best for you! Let me know when you get knocked up! I want to share your joy with you.

Try leaning your legs up against a wall for a short period of time, or if you are really worried about this make an apointment to see your doctor who can give you better advice on the matter.

you have heard several other answers and so far all answers have had truth in statements , but , if you truly wish to keep all that splooge within yuor insides after sex with your special someone you should have your final act of the session on your hands and knees with your head down and tail up this way you will use gravity to keep all the little "fishies" swimming downwards towards their goal

The stuff that usually leaks out is just lubrication. After whoever your with cums it goes far enough to where the sperm are swimming inside of you. I dont think that those have come out of you. I think its just the lub that you and your partner produced.
