The last day of my piriod was sept 7th. today is oct 17 and i havent got it yet...i took a pregnancy test but it was negative...i havent had no kinds of symtoms,but im worried......i been on a diet for a week now and going 2 d gym,,,could that have something 2 do with it....

yes it could have something to do with it. excessive weight loss/gain and changes in physical activity does sometime effect your cycle. as does stress and a few other things. wait a week and test again. good luck to you & the healthy changes sound great!

wel one time i got my peroid on july 27th and didnt get it in Aug i thought i was pregnant but i wasnt i got it on sept. 13 you dieting and goin to the gym could def. change it. becuzyou are chainging your eating habits and your execersing just test again in a few days. and if it is a neg. go see your doctor. and they will test and if a neg they will do a blood test if still neg then you are not pregnant.

So you are 10 days late. I believe period can get delayed for 15 days. It usually happens under stress. And I hope you did not have unprotected sex.

your period is probably changing it's cycle because your body is getting used to you working out and getting into shape. i am sure it may come next week or on the weekend. don't worry.

i would say call your Dr to find out if it does or you may need a blood test that will tell for sure if your pregnant or not for sure
