It may have been too early to test. Every womens body is different. Wait about a week after the first time you tested and then take another. If you still get a negative and still havent gotten your period, then go to your doctor and have them do a blood test. I dont know how common this is but my sister never did get a positive urine test and she was six months pregnant! The only way she got a positive was when her doctor gave her a blood test. I hope this helps!

Yeah, it's true you can take a pregnancy test any time but the majority of the tests you buy only work after you miss your period if you take it in between periods they usually don't work, so if you took it before you were supposed to get your period there is a slight chance that it didn't work. Your best bet would be to have a blood test done, it's more accurate and it should clear any doubts you may have. Good luck!

With my experience, sometimes home tests are not always correct, especially in detecting early pregnancy. When I had my first one, the test was negative for two months, so I went to the doctor. But from what I know, you can take a pregnancy test as soon as you have missed your period, and they are normally right.

It is possibly too early to tell, depending on the sensitivity of the test you used. Generally it's best to wait at least 2 days after your missed period, sometimes longer. I found out I was pregnant 3 days after I was supposed to start. Everybody is different. Test again today, and if it's still negative, go to the Doctor to see what could be the problem.

Well date of periods doesn't matter much but yes it does have some importance. And home pregnancy test may fail at some time.Well it was not good to have unprotected sex but if u had it u must describe how good penetration you had.It matters a lot.Well it was good that you had a child and once you have a child you must have safe sex.One can judge pregnancy on basis of some common symptoms like vomiting, type of penetration and many more.If u can describe these things then you can judge that you are pregnant or not

you can get false negatives, but it is impossible to get a false positive. i would wait another week then take another pregnancy test. if its still negative, i would say you're probably ok. your flow changes with the seasons, so maybe you're in an odd stage. if you're really concerned, go to the doctor or a free clinic and get checked out. good luck!!
