I know breastfeeding can prevent you from having a period.
I don't know how long is considered "normal" though. I would ask a midwife or your Dr.xxx

It is very common for a breastfeeding women not to get her period. It happened to me and my doctor told me that it was normal. When you breatfeed you body tends not to ovulate. I am sure you are fine. My husband and I were together all the time and I didn't get pregnant. You will notice when you stop feeding the baby from your breast that you will begin your period once again and at that point you should get some sort of birthcontrol. Don;t worry everything is ok

are you trying to say you have no period because your BREAST FEEDING. You may be able to conceive. Older Doctors say NO ... you cant not get pregnant during this time..BUT this is the time when you breastfeed and have no period..... but Younger doctors say YES you can. ... Just be careful when not trying to conceive. If your breastfeeding with more breast milk Than food .. you may not have a period for a year... Which would be around the 26th of October. YOUR HAVING NO PERIOD BECAUSE OF THE HEAVY BREASTFEEDING>> Be CAREFUL AND USE PROTECTION STILL doctors are divided on this ..

It can take a long time for menstruation to start again but if you are worried go to your doctor and see if there is a medical reason why you have not bled.
To put your minds at ease buy a home pregnancy test.
I still haven't bled and I gave birth in 2003 !!!

no problem, it might happened in some cases because of hormonal disturbances, the first thing u have to do is stop feeding your baby, uar milk will not give sufficiant amount of calories to uar baby & disturb uar hormonal balance also.so after stopping fedding, menses will come in 2 to 6 months.if u still anxious about pregnancy , then do uar urine pregnancy test.

It is not uncommon to not have a menstrual cycle while breast-feeding. It doesn't necessarily mean you're pregnant.
