how can u tell if ur pregnant with a boy or a girl..im pregnant myself and was wondering cuz ive heard some myths on how u can tell what the sex of the baby is

I've never been throught this situation before and last month ( sept. ) I didnt had my period at all. I took a home preg. test ( ept? the popular one ) on Oct. 1st and showed a negative result. Btw, I've never had unprotected sex either... >< could I be pregnant?

Once it gets dark, my daughter is attached to my hip. She even follows me to the bathroom. She's afraid to be alone and I try explaining to her that she's safe and there's nothing there to hurt her,but she doesn't buy it. How do I help her to overcome her fears of night time? Would can I say to her to convince her that she's safe?

My son is a good kid. Does well in school (average), has friends, and the teachers have nice things to say about him. However, lately, his behavior is outrageous. He talks back, he doesn't listen, he doesn't do what he is supposed to do. For example, my husband (his father) took him to a cub scout meeting this evening. When it was my son's turn to read he just goofed around and clowned around and didn't take this seriously. This is the problem we seem to be having with him lately. Nothing is taken seriously - homework (around 2-3 hours per night), extracurricular activities, nothing. Taking things away as a form of discipline doesn't seem to work. We are at our wits end. What is the best way to deal with this type of behavior. I have considered that he may have a touch of ADHD/ADD but I'm not sure that this is really the issue. Any advise...PLEASE!

I love having her in bed with us most of the time, but I am pregnant now and finding it uncomfortable sometimes with less room in the bed. When she wakes up in the middle of the night she is inconsolable. We figure it is better to take her to bed with us, so we all get some sleep as we both have work in the morning. We also have to stay in her room with her until she falls asleep every night or she cries & screams. I want her to have good sleep habits & be happy and secure. I am so worried I am not doing a good enough job. I need some feed back and advice. How can I get her to want to stay in her bed?

I have heard that all human infants start out as female and then if the sperm carries the male chromasome the fetus turns into a male. Is this true? Where can I find any studies? What do Christians say about it?(as in man comming from woman instead of the other way around?)

I don't care what my baby looks like, I will always love him/her no matter what. I know some are shallow and will look specifically for guy of a certain ethnicity just to make cute babies. But for me, I am just CURIOUS and IMPATIENT (about everything in general) and cannot wait to find out.

So...I am "white" with pretty pale skin, blue eyes, and dirty-ish blonde hair. My guy is Mexican; jet black hair, brown eyes, and relatively dark skin.

The thing is, I don't think I know what a half-white/half-Mexican (or any Hispanic) baby looks like. I've seen a lot of 100% Mexican babies in my time, all of whom are like the most adorable creatures ever. I know you can't predict what color eyes/hair/skin/features our baby is going to have, but can somebody at least fill me in on how the ones look that they have seen?

Once again, not that it matters. Just super curious and antsy...really won't care once I actually see the baby ; )

I was urinating when this lady just walks in the men’s room, looks at my penis and smiles. I put my penis back, and said “hey lady, this is the men’s room!”, she just ignores me and starts walking to the toilets. I stood in front of the toilets blocking her way and said “didn’t you listen? Ladies are not allowed…”, suddenly she knees me in the crotch!!! I was on the floor trying not to puke, she used the toilet and when she was walking away she said ”serves you right”!
The next day I told my friends and they said that women like to take too long in the toilets but then do not like to wait, and they think they have the right to use ours. I had to take anti-inflammatory pills and antibiotics for two weeks because my left epididymis got badly hurt. Can you imagine if they all decided to walk in the mens room?!

I have had multiple symptoms including moodiness, headaches, cramping, acne, bloating, nipple tenderness, lower back pain, salt cravings, and tiredness. I got a blood test at a planned parenthood last week. It was negative. I am not normally late. I think the blood test is wrong. I need to know what you all think? Ever heard of this before? What should I do? Please don't just say go see your doc? I did the blood test was nego. No new meds, no stress, no diet or life changes, wasn't stressing over this until the I got a nego blood test. Help???

there seem to be so many children, but I doubt very few would ever admit to it. I have even read up on a case whereby a 12 year old girl went to a baby store to buy a pack of baby towelling nappies to wear herself !
