Pregnancy & Parenting - 6 October 2006

I see so many questions on here "could I be pregnant?” and I know they are probably young kids/teenagers. So, they are having sex, but are not willing to assume the responsibility of trying to prevent teenage pregnancy? Are they in denial about having sex? Do they think they won't get pregnant/get their girlfriend pregnant?

What do *you* think?

Teenagers: you live in a time and era when it is probably the most convenient time in history to get B.C. and to learn about it ... what's preventing you from doing so?

Ok Guys i know you had many questions like mine but i really need help.... I had sexual intercourse with a guy no condom... but before he cummed he pulled it out... got my period last month on the 5th...my boobs have been hurting for a week but i dont know if its because im pregnant or not...i feel like they are bigger.... i took a dollar mart test because it has worked for my friends and it was negative for me.... i dont know why but i feel pregnant.... my stomach feels weird.... i dont know what to do... is the 5TH and i havent gotten my period and my boobs hurt alot... is there a chance that i can be pregnant? Im 38 weeks pregnant. This is my second kid. I have been Dilated at 2 and half way effeaced for a week ans a half. I went to the Dr. yesterday and the has been no change. I would not be asking but I have not been able to sleep at night and I have not had an appitate everytime I try to eat I feel like im gonna get sick. This is not good when I already have a five year old that is ready to go non-stop. So my question is how in the world can I speed this up.

I was looking back on some of the answeres I have answered, and it seamed that alot of women are going to be having BOYS in January. Is January 2007 going to be a month of alot of boys? So does that mean all the girls will be in February? I am Due January 27 and will be having a boy. When are you due? and are you expecting a boy or girl? I get so worried because i was pg in may and lost it in july cause they couldnt find a heart beat. so i had a d&c. and im pg again and ppl are aways asking me if i the baby move but im just about 7 weeks and i dont feel it move. is something wrong? is it goin to happen again to me? i got checked when i was 4 weeks and they told me they could only see the sac no baby yet. i dont get checked again till oct16 i should be about 8 weeks then. and they are goin to check to see if they could hear the babys heart.

My daughter is in special care at our local hospital having been born eight weeks early. The hospital provides me with SMA latex teats, but the bottles I have at home are silicone. My baby has difficulty feeding - she has issues with sucking and breathing coordination and tires halfway thru a feed. Any help is much appreciated.

can anyone please help me - i had my last proper period on Aug.7 i have had two light ones since then but they were way off track with the time and they were lighter and i had more pain. i have done a few tests only one of them showed any sign of being posative - this was the one i did at the doctors. The nurse said it was the lightest second line she'd ever seen and that i have to do an ultra-sensative test which they are ordering in- but this is going to take two weeks. I have had most of the symptoms of pregnancy and am noticing a small change in my stomach size and shape. am i pregnant? and why the light periods?

I used to be really skinny growing up. am about 6'2'' and I always wieghed around 115 0r 120. Now I am developing this gross gut that sticks out. I look pregnant, but there is no baby in there I must be like 135 or 140. I feel like a cow. Why did this happen? I don't like it. Does anybody want to join a gym with me? Why did this happen? Why?

Kids are supposed to have like 6 servings of Veggies and fruit a day, but since you have to cook veggies and buy them fresh often it is pretty hard to get them into my daughters diet. Does anybody have good ideas on getting more veggies into my daughters diet? (ps, the freeze dried veggies are pretty good, but she can only eat so much of that)

Has any one else noticed that people under the age of I don't know, lets say 22 are completely worthless? What has happened to this generation? Ok I'm 26 years old, so I'm not too much older than these kids. I'm a hard worker, I've earned every thing I've ever had, and every thing I do have. I struggle, I live pay check to pay check, but I'm doing just fine. These kids have no work ethic, they question authourity constantly, they don't listen, and they don't respect any thing. I don't know that I can really blame them for they way they were raised. Any how, I guess my question is. Isn't it time to start parenting our children. This is rediculious. I'm scared to death to see where this country is going to be 30 years from now. So now my children are going to have to fix everything they mess up. It's our jobs as parents to raise these kids into society, and I think the parents of this generation should be ashamed!!!
