If it's been 6 weeks since your last spotting, take a home pregnancy test. Chances are you're not pregnant. I had the same thing happen to me...the nurses try to imagine lines on the tests in the office, at least they did to me. Spotting during pregnancy is very rare, and a cause for concern. Usually when you haven't had your period for so long, your body thinks it's pregnant and you'll have pregnancy symptoms even if you're not. I would say to assume you are not pregnant, especially if home tests are coming out negative. Your doctor can do an exam to determine for sure, and if you're not, he/she can prescribe a medicine that will make your periods return to normal (it's very helpful, I've been there). Good luck!

If you havent had a normal period since August that would make you around two months pregnant. You don't start showing until around three months or more. I was three months gone each time I knew I was pregnant and I did bleed up until the third month tho it was light. Then I started feeling sick (morning sickness)and had more stomach pain. I couldn't be sick but felt like I wanted to be sick. My boobs were sore/tender too. I think you should stick with your doctor and see what the results come back as.It may not have shown up properly because you are so early in the pregnancy.Hope this helps.DB

Why didnt the docs do blood test you can get results same day in some places or next day in most others.
You would only now be getting first signs of pregnant but your belly wouldnt show yet unless your a size 6 or you could be bloating due to pregnancy, but ask for a blood test first thing monday, x x

If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.
Early signs of Pregnancy:
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom
These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
Good Luck!

Sounds like u might be. Some women do have light periods for the first few months of pregnancy I don't think it's anything to be too worried about. Just assume u are until u find out for sure.

Even if there is the slightest line it means that you are pregnant, I couldn't possibly comment on the other stuff because I am not a medic, however my advice would be the next time you go to see the doctor or the nurse ask them your questions you have a right to know and they have to answer you as best they can.

Sometimes pregnancy tests are not always true so get the doctor or gp to give you a proper urine test in a cup. The results should come after about a couple of weeks.

Buy a digital test that has the words Pregnant and Not Pregnant. Also, ClearBlue Easy or EPT have very good ones. Some people have periods throughout their entire pregnancy.

Only the test will tell for sure but, it sounds like it. I doubt you would get the second line at all if you were not. It is not that unusual for women to spot or have a light period when they are pregnant.
