I have been breastfeeding my baby exclusively for the first four months, but I had to go back to work, and even if I still pump milk for him, I just cannot keep up with his growing demands. I was going to supplement with a formula once or twice a day, but my baby gets very gassy after Similac and Enfamil (both milk and soy based). I heard Carnation Good Start Supreme is much easier on little tummies. Has anyone tried it? Does it really make a difference?

I wash my face 2 times a day but I cant use regular soap. I break out even more when i use bar soap. So i ussally use clearisil lra but that dont work. They say not to pop them so i dont. I have not tried proactive because its too expensive.. What did u use that was cheap and what works? Any advice?

Doctors have put me on hormones to make me bleed. I am estrogen and progesterone deficient. I have also tried Clomid, as the doctor says that I do not ovulate. I know I need to see a specialist, I was just wondering if there was anyone out there who had the same problem as me. I would like to know if you ever got pregnant and what you did to get pregnant....just to know if it is possible without in vitro and stuff.

I DON'T want to use Avent bottles, and to the best of my knowledge, breast pumps are designed for standard bottles even though wide-mouthed bottles are best to prevent nipple confusion.

I am 39 weeks and being induced monday due to me having gestaional diabetes. With an ultrasound they said the baby is about 6lbs and 15oz on an estimate. His head is about 9cm. So tell me do I have a lot of pain to look forward to? Does that seem like a big head LOL and is that an average size for baby?

I am on Meliane (BC pill). I have 14 pills to finish the 21 pill pack, that means I should be ovulating tonight or tomorrow more or less. If I have sex with my bf tonight, despite being on the pill and I am ovulating, is there a chance I can get pregnant or taking the bc pills prevents u from getting pregnant at ANY time during the month? thanks!

i used to think that 1st the couple had to get married, and then they had a meeting with the priest and they would tell him how they wanted their baby (ex; i want a girl with blue eyes....) and the priest would take notes and send them off to God and when God was done; he would gently drop the baby on a bird's blanket he would carry with his peak and then he would deliver....WEIRD HU?

Okay, me and my friend have two different opinions on the subject of the definitions of idiot and dork. First, I'll tell ya hers. She thinks that and idiot is a person who does stupid stuff, and it isnt funny, she thinks a dork is someone who does stupid stuff and is funny. from about week 13-15 in my pregnancy, I woke up hungry and got hungy a lot during the day. THen weeks 16 and 17 it kinda stopped. I didn't wake up hungry or have to eat often. Now I am 171/2 weeks and the hunger is back. Do fetuses go through growth spurts like babies do?

Ok, I only had sex twice. Both times there was a condom and I didnt ejaculate. I also blew up the condoms afterwards. there were no holes or tears. My pen!s came near her one time, but not her vagina and I didnt ejaculate or anything. My girlfriend had her period last month. Completely normal flow. Not early, and the right colour. I had a question on here about what all the pregnant ladies were craving lately....cuz I have been craving peanut butter...and eat it all the time...Someone said that peanut butter would cause a severe allergic reaction in my baby. I have never had anyone in my family or in my baby's dad's family that have a peanut butter allergy but..this never occured to me that it could affect my baby..I am gonna ask my doc. but what do you guys think?

so what do fellow parents do when their kids get sand in their pants or underwear/swimwear while at the beach, sandbox, park, etc?

I wait until we're home unless it's at the beach, then I take them to the outdoor shower spout to wash off.

I've seen other moms actually put their hands down their kids stuff and get it out that way. I could never see myself doing that.
