Go to a dermatoligist, they are the best I MEAN IT!I had acne when I was 14(last year)and went to a dermetoligist and they decribed me Santoz, which is a cream you put on your face every night and day. They also perscribed me Minocycline, which is a pill you take twice a day with a meal. They REALLY helped me and I feel so much better and happier.Good Luck!

Pimples are a part of puberty. However there are things you can do. Drink more water, LOTS of water, minimize your intake of junk foods, especially fast food garbage. Eat healthier foods, especially vegetables. As far as washing your face, Just about anything will do, they all have pretty much the same ingredients, I wouldn't go as far as proactive because there are just as many problems with that stuff as there are "successes" simply because some have very sensitive skin and it causes the skin to peel and can actuallly "burn" the skin causing even more problems. If your acne is truly bad you might check with your family doctor, the doctor can presecribe a low dose antibiotic that will help clean up your skin, but you have to be willing to do the rest, lots of water, better eating habits.

I had the same problem. I'm 13 now but i had spost all over my face when i was 11. in honestly tried everything so finally i went to the docters. Its best to go to the docters because they will give you the medicine that suits you best. i tried clerasil, neutregina, antibactrial soap, creams, lotions, pills!!!!! but nothing workked!!! so i say go to the docters. But they are all gone now though:)
Btw dont touch your face unless ur hands or washed because of the bacteria nd stuff.

Dont use proactive. I did and all it did was dry my face out and make me break out worse. I used Mary Kay. I still do. It really works! If that doesnt work then talk to your doctor. Some thing else i did was i got on Birthcontrol, Estrostep, and it makes most of your acne go away.

Try to eat more healthy. Cut out the sugar and grease if you can. The better you eat, the better your complexion will get. Sometimes sun helps too, so you might want to take daily walks. Otherwise, its just something alot of people have to deal with. You might try keeping a daily log of foods so you can see if bad breakouts are triggered by your diet.

Grease has nothing to do with acne. No food does!!! ProActiv is a really good product. You're going through puberty so thats why you're breaking out!!!

If you wash your face frequently that can make pimples appear more... Just drink a lot of water. There this creme that has a picture of a bell on it i think its called the bell creme. That's what i used to clear up my skin. Trust me it works.
