I didn't have a baby i had a miscarriage, but i had the same experience! We had to use lube for a few months! But everything is getting better now! Tell her to drink lots of water! That helps with the scent! And everyone should be drinking at least 8 glasses a day anyway!
Good Luck!

Your wife's body is still very much open. Just because the doctor says that you have to wait six weeks before sex does not mean that she is totally healed. There will still be some discharge and even bleeding. As for the sent well guess what, the human body smells like a dump on the inside. Yes, when the human body is opened in such a way, do not expect roses. Tell me when was the last time you let something out and it brought a smile to others faces?

We didn't have any oder problem after I had our kids, you should have your wife get it checked by a doctor because it could be an infection. The dryness could be caused by a number of things, her hormones might be out of wack, if she's breastfeeding, etc. My bet is that everything should return to normal once her monthly cycles return.

I don't know about scent, but dryness is a problem if your wife is breastfeeding (one of mother nature's ways of trying to keep you from getting pregnant again right away), it should go back to normal afterwards

Being dry is common for breast feeding moms. She needs to make sure that she drinks lots of water, but you may still need the lube.

There is probably a blockage 'down there'. See OB-GYN doctor that specializes with this problem.
