Ask friends who have a babysitter, call local colleges they sometimes have listings of students who babysit. Ask at local day care facilities and preschools, they sometimes know of babysitters in the area. If you go to church check within the church community.

call your local family and children service or go to your chamber of commerce and ask for a list of licensed daycare providers, both in home and center based. Interview like crazy and ask lots of ?'s and also do a criminal check on the applicant... this is very important. Pray for God's guidance on picking the right person. word of mouth is the best reference. if you have friends that have children, this would be an excellent place to start. additionally, any type of groups or organizations that you're a part of would definitely be a place to ask... (for ex, church) leaving your kids with a total stranger can be scary.. so i would definitely ask around, and see what you can find out. =)

Yes, if you attend a community church/organization/friends recommendations there should be plenty of young teen girls that would love to earn some honest money.

me and my mom are both child care providers with alot of experince she has 24 years and me 8 years by my self and 17 years with my mom and we have found that the best way is by word of mouth hope this will help you in your search
